Must have
This game is a must have. I’m no Junior 😆 but I still play with my friends and siblings! It’s fun! I take it to school and have my 3rd graders play! They love it! You really feel like a detective (based on what we see on TV) playing this game! Rules are straightforward! If you have kiddos who struggle to read then this may be a tad difficult for them. The quality is great and will last a very long time! It was worth every dollar!

Perfect for family game night
I got this as a birthday gift for my Nancy Drew loving 9 year old. Since having the game delivered, we have played a round every night! Our 7 year old took a bit to grasp it, so I’d say great for 8+. It’s quick, and is kind of a cross between Guess Who and Clue. A super fun family game.

Great for family night
This is a great game for the family, my girls Mimi and Grampa even enjoy playing it with us. I have a 6 and 9 year old. The 6 year old will catch on once she understands how to play while the 9 year old was able to play without any help first time. Very easy to set up and learn. You are all detectives set out to try and figure out whodunnit first. The whodunnits are sweet and innocent and totally appropriate for all ages. You move your detective around the board with dice, discover what witness accounts are (there are several cards to interchange during setup) and can even be foiled or try to foil other detectives with sleuth cards. Most witness cards are read with a “magnifying” glass (red filter paper) while the spy card is read easier by warm hands (let’s be honest, you can still read it without warming your hands for the “magic ink” but the kids think it’s magic) and the library witness (Mrs. Wise) is read with a mirror. The spy tells you where the culprit is hiding while Mrs. Wise tells you who is lying about their statement. Definitely will be able to replay as there are many case files included and, I imagine, once we get through those we would have forgotten the earlier cases we solved if we don’t play it all the time. Definitely worth the money!

Great game to play with the family.
Played this with my 9 and 11 year old kids. Great combination of Clue and Guess Who that translates very well to this board game layout. Multiple cases (40 I think) that keep the game play fresh over multiple play-throughs. Would recommend to other wanting a new family game that isn't monopoly, clue, sorry, etc.
