Ender 3 ke .. just say no
I started with a ender 3 printer. Simple to use, I loved it. Wanted to upgrade a bit purchased the ke .. It is very well built also includes some very cool features.. the problem? I assembled the printer perfectly ( I had someone with me whom has about 15 yrs experience in 3d printing checking me as we moved along) . Tried a test print.. nope. Doesn't touch the vuild plate hovers about 10 cm above.. tried to imput my own start point.. nope does the same thing.. I contact creality.. no help at all. No email no call nothing. I have never been so disappointed in my life.. just don't buy one. Learn from my failure.. I still use the original ender 3. And I love it
