Great Product But You Might Want to Size Up!
Definitely the best overnight pads/panties I have tried. They absorb very well, I haven't experienced any leaks, but they do run small. I wear a size 20 so got the XL size which is supposed to fit 20-26, they fit me fine and would probably stretch to fit a 22 OK, but if you wear a 24 or 26 you probably should size up. As other reviewers have said, there is no indication as to which is the front and which is the back but I don't think that makes a difference because of the way they are constructed. The only thing I don't care for is the smell (dye, I think), I smell it when I'm putting them on but once they are under my regular underwear I don't smell it so it's not a big problem.

Good absorption, sizing a little off
This review is for the Always Discreet Overnight Adult Incontinence & Postpartum Bladder Leak Underwear for Women, Disposable, XL, 14 CountFirst the good: This product did absorb a decent amount of liquid. The Always name is a trusted brand. My only issue with the product was the strange sizing. To get the pad close enough to ensure no leakage, it was an awkward fit--like a high-thigh that wanted to be a thong. I resorted to placing a pair of regular underwear on top of these just to see if it would help "stabilize" the process. I know that won't work for everyone, but it did seem to help.

Don’t believe the ads
These panties are high legged, fits almost like a French cut pantie. Can’t tell the back from the front. Although they advertise on the outer bag that they are absorb more and for 12 hours don’t believe it. I had usual leakage issues. They are much cheaper, so considering that these may be a good value. I can’t risk the leaks.

Sometimes things go crooked and its a glitch.
Every item seemed to be a different size. We checked each one to the other and they were. Some look like the machine making them went wrong or something. Too sad. I really loved the soft material though.
