Good compact power source for your fish finder
I just received and unpacked my new 12.8V 18Ah LiFePO4 battery from Btr Power. Their packaging was impressive, the 18Ah battery is very compact. It will fit in 4"X4"X6^ of containment space the inward pointing positive and negative connectors seemed awkward but they turn out to orient the conductors toward on another which turned out to be quite convenient for cable routing and management. This is my third battery purchase from Btr Power. I'm making a compact rechargeable and very portable Fish Finder rig that I can take aboard any small boat to use for both navigation and fish finding. Btr Power's compact light weight 10 Ah and 18Ah LiFePO4 batteries offer me significant flexibility for powering my Simrad Cruise 5 GPS Chart and Depth plotter ( FishFinder) for a day or a week end of fishing. Using my two10Ah and this new18Ah Btr Power LiFePO4 batteries in parallel offers battery combinations of 128, 230, 256 358 and 486 Watt hours of battery capacity that will fit into a goes-anywhere battery box the size of a shoe box for a pair of loafers. Fish finders power requirements differ. Simrad Cruise, advertises that their's draws 12.5 Watts. Adding the two 10 Ah I have, in various combinations withe the new 18Ah could mean I can run my fishfinder for 8 hrs,, 14 hrs, 16 hrs, 23 hrs or even 31 hrs without exceeding 80% of the rated watt hour storage capacity of any of the 3 Btr Power batteries with out recharging. I have so far not been able to run any of these batteries down completely because even the 10 Ah ones have lasted longer than I have needed for the times I have actually have run the fish finder. I have a 4 day trip planned. I will not recharge and see What the 18 Ah does on its own there. As it stands I like these importantly because their form factor really suits my application.

Light. Good Capacity
I am using it for camping. Very good capacity and lightweight.

Capacity not genuine, only about 15Ah & I really *don't* like the inward-facing terminals
The terminals on this, weirdly, face inwards instead of forwards, so that attaching clamps means they have to cross each other sideways in an unwieldy sort of way, you can see an example in my review photos. For a permanent installation it might not matter, but for on the go use, it isn't very convenient. The capacity was a huge disappointment, it isn't really 18Ah, testing showed just 15Ah. That makes this just a costly 15Ah battery, and not a good value at all.I definitely regret choosing this, it has weird terminals that aren't convenient to use and does not live up to its claimed capacity, or even very near it. Not recommended.

Great battery life and upgrade from SLA batteries
Great battery and upgrade with the lifepo4 instead of SLA. I'm using these to upgrade a razor scooter for increased ride time and it is a huge difference.

strong little battery for a great price.
The media could not be loaded. i purchased this battery for use in a small DIY portable power pack, with solar charging, 150 watt - 120v AC power, USB ports, 12v ports and spotlights mounted on top, the project and battery fit perfectly inside a 556 ammo box, serendipitously stabilized in place using the packing material that came with the battery, plenty of bang for the buck!

12V Lithium battery
Came fully charged and I was able to connect to an 300 Watt inverter with no trouble. Supplies current steadily. I also got a charger from same LiFePO4 and works will. Light weight for the capacity.
