I like installing from dvd. Make sure you have C: drive setup and every thing shows up properly in bios. read manual carefully.Also make sure you have it set to auto boot from DVD.

Hi, applications such as ACS6, the bottleneck happens in the CPU, RAM and GPU not the mobo... This mobo supports the latest family of intel CPUs (haswell), 32GB of RAM up to 1866mhz, and relatively beefy Integrated Graphics Processor support. I suggest investing on a GPU though. Looking at CS6 system requirements, with mobo paired with decent RAM, CPU and GPU, you should be fine.
