This ABSOLUTELY works. I’m SO happy I decided to give this product a try. It doesn’t make you sleepy, however it allows you to sleep well and wake up feeling great. It ABSOLUTELY improves my mood. I have been depressed for more than a year now and completely lost my appetite. My stomach is now a bottomless pit. I am ALWAYS hungry and I’m gaining my weight back. I take the recommended dosage once a morning. I slept really good the first night, but I did not notice my appetite start to improve until a few days after consistently taking it. These drops arrived very well shipped in plastic bubble wrap, which I really appreciated as it ensured the product was protected. I was also pleased with how fast it shipped – it got here quickly!The taste is pretty good; it has a real neutral flavor, which is a big plus. The liquid itself is somewhat thick in appearance. I particularly like that the dropper has graduations in both milliliters and ounces, so I know I'm taking the right dose every time.As for the results, I haven't experienced any allergic reactions, which is a relief. I did notice a slight improvement in mood. But I'm not sure how effective they are in comparison to other brands on the market. The energy level has stayed about the same. I've also checked the ingredients list, and they all appear to be sourced from US suppliers and of good quality. But It is a little expensive for what you get.

Uh this is an ok product, don't really care for the taste/flavor of the drops. Very easy to use and administer the drops for myself, the strength is good. The smell is ok, and tolerable. Great value for the money spent.I do not see much of a difference since taking this but it could be too soon.

Good product. Great addition to my night routine. I love that it contains fenugreek, which has multiple benefits. Tastes good, price is good. It is worth mentioning the importance of not over doing it on ashwahganda. So be mindful of that if you're taking other supplements containing that
