I wanted a felt hat now that I know that (FUX FELT) feels like a hard hat

Measured inside hat. was not size expected. In addition, I wanted a felt hat now that I know that (FUX FELT) feels like a hard hat. NOT a soft felt. Followed instructions in letter enclosed with hat to return hat tracking # 9505 5156 1834 7067 0969 79. Returned my USPS on 8th of March, within time allotted on return instructions. Was delivered on The 10th. I'm waiting my refund.
