Extremely well made product that is solid and has some girth to it. Not hard to install but a little tricky to get working. It does not need WiFi to use the GPS to track time, date, and speed. Stores the inside of vehicle, front, and rear cameras separately. I purchased a separate 512 gig hard disk for maximum storage. Crystal clear recordings. If you initiate a picture you can enlarge it to see any license plate number. I purchased after being pulled over and told by cop I was going 52 in a 35 which I was definitely not. Voice recording inside vehicle is awesome as well. Now if I am pulled over I can tell the police officer that he is being recorded. I can now bring proof into court if necessary. A must now a day with so much dishonesty. It’s everything that I hoped it was and better than expected. It slides off in case you want to bring it inside when it’s hot or cold. I did not purchase to watch my car when parked, just for driving.

Worked for barely a week. Took this on a road trip to Florida, and at some point, the camera would not even turn on anymore. Was not even able to use it on the way home, which was disappointing. Completely dead. Just going to return this and try something else.

Revised Review: Redtiger customer service reached out to me to work through the issues. I have the utmost respect for the company for doing that, and on that alone, I'm raising the rating to 5 stars. Kudos, Redtiger! How many companies stand behind their products and care about the customer experience? Very few! Redtiger does!This is my second Redtiger dashcam. The first one I purchased was a $99 entry-level unit that worked flawlessly. I got this one for greater resolution and three channels.My first gripe is that the cable to the rear unit is not long enough. I don't have a school bus, I have a Honda CR-V. It. Won't. Reach. I had to get a USB C extension cable.The other complaint is that I'm constantly getting "boot up" error messages about the rear camera - clearly, it thinks it is disconnected.Not happy.

Just installed it today and the installation was very simple and very straightforward. Videos online made it very simple to do. Operation is very simple as well. I am cautiously optimistic about the adhesive sticking to that electrostatic film that you put on the windshield glass to adhere the camera to but I definitely like this concept better then a suction cup which we all know is bound to fail in the heat of the summer. So so far so good and absolutely no problems and the mounting is very secure and robust. I am over all very happy with my purchase. Installation and connecting the app on my phone to the camera was very simple.

bought it and really loved it, this camera is awesome and the video quality is crispy clear, my windshield is tinted and the quality and clarity was still there. This is an overall amazing camera for what it costs and I highly recommend it. FOR THE APP: the QR code brought me to the designated redtiger cam app that was red, and I personally found it not good at all, but there is however another red tiger app that worked flawlessly and it is blue with a camera lens on it.
