Q: Is the counter core tech compatible with a 1 inch extension tube in the end of the putter?

The weight goes into a little socket at the top of the grip. The core weight is only a couple inches long and shouldn’t interfere with a 1” shaft extension. Hope this helps

There is a "Plus XL" version of the 3.0 that is 13.75"

Q: Does it come with the countercore weight?

It does come with a weight that screws into the grip. Also includes a plug by itself if you prefer the grip without the weight.

Q: will this grip suit my odyssey tank putter please

Never used a O Tank, but have used this grip on a O #9 and #7 in the past few years. I currently have it on a Taylormade TP Ardmore. The best part is the new feel of the grip itself and secondly, the weight being interchangeable. I only use this grip when playing around with “new” putters I purchase on eBay
