Q: The the highest torque is 6nm. what is the minimum torque setting? looking for finger tight-1.7 to 2.3 nm

Minimum torque is undefined and the company doesn't respond to customers. They've ignored all my inquiries and, according to various reviews, apparently everyone else whose tried contacting them. What I can tell you from experience is the torque is definitely NOT linear across the 1-9 settings. 1-6 are all only finger tight and I can discern no difference in any of them. Settings 7-9 finally start providing slightly extra torque; however, I don't think even the max setting of 9 provides anywhere near the 6Nm of torque claimed. Likewise, in my experience, the battery also doesn't last as long as they claim. Due to the complete lack of product support and not living up to its claims, I will be returning mine. I suggest potential buyers avoid this brand.

To change the position you simply press the button on top and twist , it is very easy to switch positions while doing a job, I really enjoy this tool.
