It lasts a long time on a single charge, it's very easy to use, the app is good, I really like the little velvet bag that comes with it, one thing to pay attention to is how wide a sheet of paper you put in it, because the paper guide rail is not adjustable, it's definitely worth it!

Bought as a gift. Works well user seems happy it's light weight and portable. Uses letter size papee... That's a plus.

exactly as needed

I was very excited about this product and the portability and convenience it provided. First of all the print quality is quite bad. Unless you just need basic printing for on the go stuff, the resolution is not so good and unpresentable. It looks quite fuzzy. Now, I'm not sure if this is due to the printer, or how thermal paper reacts to printing. The technology is promising, but looks like a bit more R&D is neccessary. However, the main issue was that it arrived fully charged but when I plugged it in to charge it a few days later, the product stopped working. Now, it will not charge or turn on. I've contacted Phenemo and although, they are responsive on whatsapp, they have still to solve my problem. THey have said that if it actually is a deffective product, they will refund my money, but what about the tons of money I've invested in the thermal paper??? Overall, this has not been a pleasant experience.

Works really well. Comes with some pretty cool thermal paper that you can print black and gray pictures on. Stencils come out well and the app is easy to use. Fits well in my tattoo bag for mobile tattoos. No ink used. Worth the money

The first few attempts at using this printer were a complete failure unfortunately. I tried a few things in the settings, but nothing seemed to help. It took an embarrassing amount of time to realize that Spirit brand transfer paper is too wide to fit properly and had to be cut to fit correctly. On top of that, Spirit's current paper is nothing like what I'm conditioned to expect from them. At first I thought it was the printer. Then tried Yilong cheap paper, which also had to be cut by a quarter of an inch to fit. It worked unbelievably well in comparison. If the size was 8.25 inch width like standard paper and thermal paper, I would leave 5 stars. The annoyance of cutting each sheet to fit, quickly leads to recommend another competing product.Edit: I have found Electrum Gold Standard papers that fit perfectly and print with insane amounts of detail. Which is convenient, as the transfer itself is amazing with this brand and they are quickly replacing Spirit as the best thermal transfer papers.
