My bags are used daily and live in the bed of my truck. For $14 they are a REALLY GOOD BAG. I have 2x20L and 2x30L bags. Bags are 2-3 years old. The bags are very tough, use them daily, and do a very good job as coolers, minimal sweating. A closure clip on 2 of the bags are missing, as some of the other have mentioned. I don't use the straps. I roll the top down, push out the air and close with a carabiner in the d-rings, works great and makes for a perfect handle. The liner in 2 of the bags have ripped where they are sewn to the outer shell at the very top. It really doesn't affect anything but looks, I put 1 inch Gorilla Tape around the top, it sticks and looks good. Good bag for the price.

On first use had 30L cooler half full with 10 bottles of water and two jell ice packs. I may have taken 5 steps and the strap came off my shoulder. Both bottom D-ring and plastic clip broke. Sent info to product support and waiting to hear back.Update...They are sending out a new cooler.

Cooler keeps items cool…my only issue is the plastic piece on one of the straps broke the first time I used it.

Love the weight, the durability, and the ease to open. No leaking, no dripping, and surprisingly spacious. We have an Orca, but it is awkward to carry and takes up a lot of space when traveling. This bag is perfect for the beach, camping, and just about anything else you can imagine. Worth every penny

Unfortunately on my second trip with this bag the plastic clip broken while carrying. The bag is still semi operable, but you can't keep it compressed or carry it. Due to the design you can't add a replacement piece without sowing.

One clip broke on the strap before putting any food/drink items in the bag (had 1 small ice pack in it only), ended up re enforcing all the straps with zip ties because they kept breaking. Inside liner ripped after 2nd use. Do not recommend unless you’re only carrying bags of potato chips in it

I bought this not knowing what to expect but I am so pleased with my purchase. I needed a waterproof cooler for 5 mile kayak paddle with my family. We needed something to keep drink and food cold in the TX heat. I did not want u to o spend the money on a Yeti or even an Rtic cooler since it would not be used often. Our drinks and food stay cold during our 4 hr paddle. Also our 3 hr drive home there was still ice in the cooler! For the price you can beat this. And it has 2 straps to carry as a backpack. Very happy with my purchase.

Love the bag! We have used it twice and noticed it had ripped on the inside. Customer service went above and beyond to help us and the communication was fast and honestly they care about their customers. Thank you Wise Owl 😊🦉
