The construction on this is perfect. Nice and Heavy.
Really thought 7 pounds wasn't going to be enough, but the way the weight is distributed along this training blade makes it very wieldy. Will definitely be building good quality muscle while maintaining very practical control. Highly recommended, this requires very strong arms to practically wield so buyer beware, you may have to train very slowly to build up the muscle necessary to avoid injury.

Fun to swing and weight feels nice
The sword feels great to swing. I like the small handle, but I would recommend a heat shrink handle or wrap for better grip. As I got sweaty, the handle became slick, so again, I highly recommend a grip of sorts. The gard spot is alittle sharp on the edges and points, but overall I love it and I recommend this item for anyone who wants to workout with style.

New fun way to work out
Works really good the guard was pretty Sharp ended up taking a cut off wheel to it and cutting off the sharp bits and wrapping the handle and some grip tape and works pretty good now highly recommend and use your arms a good workout
