Stylish way to add weight for muscle and bone strength.
Why did you pick this product vs others?:My doctor recommended a weighted vest for walking after I was diagnosed with osteopenia. I have looked at several but this one was so much more stylish than most and although it does not have designated spots to add more weight, there are 3 pockets that can be used for this purpose.Weight:This vest weighs 5 pounds but I have added up to 5 pounds more in just the pockets. That is all I will need for my purpose.This vest is very comfortable to wear and you can definitely feel the added weight. I have been walking with it for about a week now and can tell a difference in my muscle tone already.This vest fits true to size and I feel it is helping with my posture as well. I have never had a weighted vest or even a blanket so I am not an expert but to me this is a great vest that seems to be doing the intended purpose. Time will tell at my next Dexa scan.
