Delicious shake, made couple of changes
I purchased the sample pack which had, chocolate, vanilla, snickerdoodle, salted caramel and strawberry and mocha. I love them all, strawberry and salted caramel being my favorites. I do not follow the directions on how to make it though. They tell you to use water, add your choice of fat, shake, refrigerate or better yet refrigerate overnight. What? When I want a smoothie or protein shake I want it ice cold now, not later. Perhaps this method works just fine but as anyone who knows me will attest, I rarely follow directions. My method is short, fast and delivers a thick, rich, delicious ice cold shake in about 2 minutes. I use 8 oz (more or less) of unsweetened almond milk ( I use Simply Almond brand. Super delicious even by itself), one packet (or scoop if you have the large bag) of the powder, sometimes I add a couple tablespoons of flax meal or a handful of fresh Kale that I have frozen in individual bags, I may also add my unflavored collegen powder, about 4 ice cubes all in my blender and hit the button. Walah!! A delicious icy cold thick shake. Depending on what time of day I decide to drink this, I may or may not add the extra fat. If I drink before noon ( like around 11), I skip the fat only because I know I will he having a dinner around 4 or 5 and it typically will have some healthy fat in it.. (Yes, we eat very early. Retired folks:)) If, however I want to skip dinner, I will add in about a 1/4 cup of heavy whipping cream, OR a tablespoon of MCT oil) and have this around 2pm. This drink is so filling it keeps me satiated the rest of the day. This is great if your doing intermittent fasting. On these days I fast for 23 hrs making the shake my only meal of the day. I do this maybe 2 or 3 times a week.I love food too, so not looking to only drink my meals, but on the other hand intermittent fasting is really great for your body. I suspect most reading this are familiar with it, but if not, there are tons of videos on the subject. Check out Dr Eric Berg for some good information if your unsure. Sorry to digress here. I just get excited about stuff I know works.Back to the subject, I personally do not use the shaker as it really is much better with a blender. I do realize of course, if your working or on the road this is not do-able. I might suggest for those folks to make it up in your blender, pour in shaker bottle and take with you. I tried this once when I left my house early one day to do a bunch of errands. Knowing I would be gone about 6 hours, I figured I would see how it held up. Well, first I should say I live in the Northeast, and it was Jan (2021), so it was and is plenty cold outside and in my car. The shake stayed nice and cold and was still just as delicious while I sipped on it throughout the morning. Possibly was a little thinner, but delicious none the less. Guess I am saying if you can keep it cold ( like in a refrigerator at work or wherever), just give it a good shake and you will have a great drink. There you have it. I really can not say anything bad about this product. Yes, it is pricey, but if you don't drink it every day (I average about 4 a week), it really is not bad price wise. Some weeks, I may only have it twice. This obviously makes it last much longer. I don't think you will be disappointed in the taste. Of course, I am not using water so I know that makes a difference!

I was excited to get these. Not so much after I tried one.
I lost my smell in 03. So, I cannot tell you what these taste like.I put a pack of this in with some almond milk and some skim. When I poured it into a cup, I noticed how thick it was. Upon trying it, I said I liked the texture. But I was trying to convince myself. It is awful. It made me think I was either drinking butter, batter, or the stuff you put in walls to keep them warm.I could not finish it the second time. So, I poured it into the sink. I looked down and saw it expanding. It almost made me sick seeing it.If you read the reviews, there are a bunch of people that like this stuff. But I cannot stand it. Get it and make up your own mind.Update:I didn't think I gave this enough of a chance. So I wanted to try it again. I used the other flavor I had gotten. Here is what happened.I put it in a blender with the said amount of milk and water. The max is says. I blended it up. Then I put it in a thermos and placed it in the fridge. Maybe fifteen hours later I took it out and poured some in a glass. The first thing I noticed was, what I can only describe as skins in the liquid. It almost made me sick seeing them. Then I tried a drink. It was warm. Again, it almost made sick. I dumped it out. Then I realized it was warm from the thermos. I heated the water up before putting it in. Maybe that is what the skin stuff was from. I was going to get another and try it but decided against it.This stuff is too unknown. I use like five protein drinks that are well known. Each of them have less fat and calories than this stuff. I am not one to try new food trends. So I will just let it be.By the way, the milk they sad add is loaded with fat, calories and has carbs. I can't imagine butter would be a choice to add if you are looking for a healthy snack. This stuff makes no sense.

Like instant chocolate pudding
I LOVE instant chocolate pudding, so this ended up being right up my alley.I prepared it as the directions specified, and I used heavy cream as my fat.The chocolate definitely needs time to sit, and it needs to be shaken a lot. This is one I'd want to refrigerate overnight. (The vanilla, which I've just made but not yet tasted, is a lot thinner.)The serving it makes almost fills up a regular blender bottle, so it ends up being very filling, however it does start to taste bitter after sipping on it for a while. I negated that by adding some Jordan's Skinny Syrup in chocolate chip cookie dough flavor after it started to taste bitter, and it boosted the sweetness nicely and didn't really affect the taste otherwise.I really like this, but I do wish it were cheaper, especially since the heavy cream I mix it with isn't exactly cheap, either. I also wish there was an in-between option, because spending a hundred bucks for twenty-one of one flavor is a lot. If they did a pack of ten, even if it wasn't as discounted as the twenty-one, it would be nice and it would also be more convenient for those of us who like to rotate between a couple favorite flavors.Another note - if you're strict medical keto and follow "moderate protein," the protein might be on the high side for you. I tend to limit myself to around 50 grams per day, so this knocks out half my allowance.

Yummiest Shake w/out the Sugar!!
Outstanding taste!! These shakes are keeping me on keto!! It’s so easy to customize your macronutrients! My husband and I prefer different fat sources (heavy whipping cream, butter) and both taste great with these shakes! There are so many flavors and they all taste amazing! The price goes down with auto delivery and it’s easy to delay if needed. I accidentally ordered twice and their customer service was so helpful in cancelling one of the orders!! So glad I found this company!!
