Bought as a present for my 4 year old and he absolutely loves them. He listens to them ever night at bedtime and puts them on himself if ever he is in his room. Some of the stories are a bit long for him just now but there are several which are on just one disc. the others he will get to enjoy as he gets older.

This is a fantastic product. It looks very smart and is packed with loads of great stories. Fantastic value for money. Only downside is the plastic wallet that keeps the cds in is quite hard to open for young children so I am forever being called to remove and replace cds back into the wallet but apart from that its brilliant

I actually bought this for my brother who is in his 50's would you believe. He heard the one we had which we bought for our two sons years earlier and loved the story telling and voices. It was pure entertainment when I visited my parents down in Devon and we had a 5 hour drive. My brother put the CD into the disc player in the car and we listened to the Witches. Tears ran out of our eyes and we LOL as the story was quite hilarious and brilliantly read. All I can say is it's timeless and for anyone young or old. I love Roald Dahl's story's and I'm not much younger than my brother. They never fail to entertain and it brings out the big kid in me. I've only given it a 4 star because I've not heard the other stories yet - awaiting another drive down to Devon or long journey. However I would give it 5 stars on the story - The Witches - alone!! A great gift for anyone.

I absolutely love this product. Bought them for my 4 year old to listen to at bed time. She's slightly young for them but still enjoys them. Great way for her to grow into reading the books. I bought it as a gift also for friends as I think it is so great.

I was very impressed at the speed this CD collection arrived. When it arrived and I opened it I knew straight away that my grandaughter would love it, and she did. In bed, in the car she will listen to the stories. It's fantastic value. I would recommend it to anyone who is interested in the Roald Dahl books.

Good service, thought I was gettIng a different version but it is out of print, the issue was swiftly resolved, stories are almost the same, but no George's marvelous medicine (my favourite). Item looks great will be a fab gift ( for all ages!). Delivery was quick, nice people to deal with.

These are brilliant. We (my 5 year old, 2 year old and i) do a lot of long car journeys - most family is 200 miles away of more. My children can listen to these for hours. As they are all read by proper actors, so can I.
