I needed a pair of gloves for working out, mostly strength training, to help with grip/ slipping, pinching from a ring I never remove and to have some padding bbth llfting wwights aad wwrking out on the mats. I've used them for several workouts now and they definitely do everything I needed them to do and are holding up well so far. They fit well, although, be careful to follow their size chart, as I normally wear a medium, and wear a large in these gloves (7.5" palm.) I like the tabs on the fingers for easy removal, since they do make my hands too warm and I occasionally remove them too cool off, but I should also say I am sensitive to heat. They do stay dry inside, no matter how much my hands sweat and they've remained smelling and looking brand new from the package even though I use them on the mats and everything else I can get my hands on. They are attractive (I chose black) and are a combination of leather and vented, padded synthetic material with non slip gripps as described. I do wonder if all leather might be a little cooler, but they might not stay quite as dry. I also would sometimes like some wrist support, but that was my choice to buy a pair without it. My only complaint is they came with the figure eight straps, but no instruction booklet or link to ebooklet as in the description. I had to look elsewhere for proper use of the figure eights straps. Otherwise, these gloves have performed beautifully for several 2 hour workouts and show no sign of having any trouble keeping up! A great buy for the fantastic price!**I will update if anything changes.

I ordered these gloves because I broke my ankle and was getting sore hands from using my crutches and wheel chair. The palms are nice and padded and I think they will work quite well. Construction seems to be very good also. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was that they were a tiny bit small on my hands. This could be how they are designed for their intended use. I have no experience with weightlifting so I can't really say. I'm glad I purchased them for my needs.

These are FANTASTIC !!!!!! I'm using these gloves for a different purpose than weightlifting. I use a manual wheelchair and needed something to protect my hands when pushing my chair. I bought them at the last minute to help me gain traction when pushing uphill, holding back on the wheels when coasting downhill and breaking when I needed to stop suddenly or turn quickly when maneuvering around Disney World for a week during spring break. The glove has great traction with the anti-slip dots on the palm which made pushing uphill a lot easier and protected my hands from the friction burns when coasting downhill, slowing down or stopping suddenly. The fabric is durable and comfortable, I also like the pull tabs on the middle 2 fingers for easy removal. After a week of wheeling all around all the parks the gloves still look great and show little signs of wear.I know little about weightlifting, but had a couple of people (both men and women) who do weightlift notice the gloves. They also liked the anti-slip grip which covers the entire palm, the construction is great and they are comfortable. These are a quality product and they are a great price!!!

These gloves are amazing and the lifting straps that came with it were exactly what I was looking for! The gloves are firm fitting but breathable and comfort my hands with each lift. The figure 8 straps helped to protect my wrists perfectly and gripped the bar well when deadlifting over 100kg. I have recommended and purchased extra sets for my clients. No need to look for any other products as these really are the best on the market! I definitely give these a 5 star rating and look forward to future products from Fox Fierce!

I was really hoping to like these gloves based on all of the stellar reviews. A bit more padding in the palm area would make them better suited for pull-ups and dips. I also find the velcro strap to be very restricting at the wrists. The gloves themselves did feel too tight initially. After using them a little bit they loosened up some, but I still strongly dislike the way they feel at the wrists. I would really give this product more of 3.5 to 3.75 stars. The gloves appear to be very well-made and the sizing is accurate.

I love the fit of the gloves and the padding. I lift quite heavy and I only use the gloves for leg days because the padding location on the glove is not quite positioned well for my back workout (when I do pull-ups) and for my chest workout (when I do bench presses). They do work for me for leg days and also for arm day workouts. I give them an excellent for the above days mentioned though.The figure 8 straps are excellent because again, I lift quite heavy and they help me hold onto the weight during my stiff-leg lifts and for wide grip pulldowns. They also work pretty well for some of the other back exercises I do. Love them for certain exercises (mentioned) too.

I liked the look and feel of the gloves - the pink and the black are an attractive color scheme, and they did the job in terms of protecting my hands from calluses, while maintaining grip. That's where the positives end; the velcro is among the worst I've ever dealt with, the straps come undone at least 5-10x per workout. It drives me nuts and I'm ready to throw them in the garbage. Looking for another pair, even though they still have a lot of life left in them. While I'm impressed with the durability, I sadly can't recommend these.

I like the gloves but the velcro strap stopped staying together after less than a month. I tried to return them and the return window was so short I wasn't able to. I tried contacting the seller many times with no response. I do not recommend buying these gloves because of poor quality and horrible customer service.
