How many calories are in each individual unit?

I currently don't have any on hand, but I believe it is just about 100 calories per unit. I think it was between 100 -105 calories - as that is one reason I bought it in the first place so I would be able to count the calories and not over use the pancake syrup.

What is the expiration date on the units and is this information stamped on each packet?

The packets do not have the experiation date on them. This considered a restaurant case and thus would be used quickly. I am sure we will not use all 60 packets by then!You can also call the number on the packet for information. I called and they advised the best by date to be Aug. 16, 2014

is this really maple syrup? from the ingredient list it looks like it's just corn syrup. i m looking for individual or single serve maple syrup. tks

It is not maple syrup, it is pancake syrup which definitely are not the same thing. This is like the restaurant type of packaging for syrup that keeps it more sanitary than using a single pancake syrup bottle for multiple customers. Again, this is NOT maple syrup.

does this product have to be refrigerated?

No, I never refrigerated these packages and it was completely fine to use.
