I ordered this to replace a different brand I had in our tub because the other brand doesn't make theirs in black. I like the finish on this one, but that's about it. For some reason, even though it sits flat and fits perfect, this doesn't let all the water drain after a shower. There's always a thin layer of water sitting on top of it that won't drain unless I pull this out and turn it on it's side to let the water run off.The other issue I'm having is with the hair catcher under it. Even though the holes to let the water drain through are bigger than our old one, they're constantly collecting residue from the bar soap my husband uses. We've had to pull the drain stopper out and clean off the soap after every shower, otherwise the water won't go through and drain the next time one of us showers. Never had this issue with the other brand we had.
