As with all of the socks from Darn Tough, with exception of the lightweight pair I bought, I think these socks represent a great value given the comfort and seeming quality of the socks. Especially, if they truly do last a lifetime as advertised.

Durable and comfortable. These socks hold way less sweat and stench at the end of a long day over cotton/polyester blends.

My son is in the army, HE LOVES THESE socks. Just went on a 3 week military exercise, outdoors the whole time. He had two pairs of those socks. Traded them off each day, they were pretty crunchy by the end of the mission, just got home tonight, exhausted, but he swears by the socks he took. Just asked him, said that’s what he wore the whole mission. Very SMELLY after 13 days w out a shower.

I like Darn Tough's tactical socks for everyday urban and summer backcountry use. Their cushioned hiking socks are useful for colder weather, but these are a little more thin in the sole and are great for when it gets hot outside. All of Darn Tough's socks last forever and these are no exception, despite being less burly. I use the black tactical socks for work/around town and the coyote tactical socks for canoe trips and other places where there's a lot of mud and dirt.

Love it! Completely different feeling on skin compared to other socks. I received black ones instead of brown, but it's on a biggie because I wanted to buy other color too so next buy will be brown socks. Thanks!

These crew socks are lower than I had thought. They feel much like a business sock so they tend to slide down my calf.

They may be pricey but they’re 100% worth it. They’re high quality and you just can’t beat the lifetime warranty you get with them.

It's truly disappointing when a product fails to meet even the most basic requirement of fitting properly.To add insult to injury, the overall quality of these socks was abysmal. The material felt cheap and rough against my skin, causing irritation and itching. After just a few uses, I noticed signs of wear and tear, with threads unraveling and holes forming in the fabric. It's safe to say that durability is not their strong suit.Even the design was lackluster. The colors were dull and faded, far from the vibrant and eye-catching appearance depicted in the product images. It seemed like they had been through the wash a dozen times before even arriving at my doorstep. These socks did nothing to uplift my mood or add a touch of style to my outfit.In terms of comfort, they fell far short of expectations. The elastic band at the top was excessively tight, leaving deep marks on my calves and creating a constant feeling of constriction. I found myself constantly readjusting the socks throughout the day, which only added to my frustration.In summary, these socks were a major disappointment. Their sizing issues, poor quality, lackluster design, and discomfort made them an unworthy purchase. I would not recommend these socks to anyone unless they have a desperate desire to experience foot discomfort and frustration. The best for work. The merino wool prevents your feet from sweating and feeling swampy and they are the perfect thickness, they are reasonably thin while also feeling durable.
