Lots of fun!
This is our first paydirt bag purchased. We did a lot of researching on the various gold paydirts out there and ended up choosing this one because it seemed like a good deal. We also like the prospect of getting the 'Mother Load'. My 10 year old son loves to read about gold mining and pans for gold on the river but we have not found any yet. This ended up being really fun. We dumped the whole thing in the pan and started panning. Later we read you should do one spoonful at a time. Do that. Also add a drop of soap like the instructions say to do, we had one piece float. Initially we thought maybe we got nothing but then on one swoosh of the water a big streak of gold flakes showed up, it was really fun!

This paydirt is trash!
This has to be one of the worst product and bag of paydirt I have ever bought. Im not green to panning and have had this hobby for over 10 years now and i can say without a shadow of a doubt that the bag sent to me had 1 micro sized gold flake... literally a big waste of my time and money.

The first scoope had afew nices but the rest there was no gold, but the small bags were pretty good
that is kind of a silly question what would anyone use Gold for? The big bag only had a few pieces of au but the small bags were fairly good i would not buy the big bag again.

Fun, and entertaining
If looking for a fun thing to try, it’s nice. Don’t expect to get rich. Found 2 small nuggets and some extremely tiny flakes. But was fun to learn and experience how to do this. Do recommend buying a whole panning kit as well if this is your 1st time.

Super small
We expected this to be a lot of sand and gold. It can fit in the palm of your hand. Literally one inch of sand. Don’t waste your money.

Don’t spend a good $20 for less than $4 of gold.
If you’re looking for a good rov, this isn’t it for sure. Nice package, but only 8 flakes of 30# weighing only .027 gram. Return of about $4. Don’t wast your money.
