Q: Can we human fry and eat these shrimps

I don't recommend this product for consuming human, this product is for animals. when my turtles eats this product, the smell of this product is stronger than shrimp for humans

Q: I've been told these are good for up to 2 years after opening. Does anyone know how accurate that is?

Not sure the time frame, but they last a few years after opening

Q: Is this good for a baby painted turtles main diet

Baby turtles < 2 inches,usually thrive on a high protein diet. HOWEVER, my red ear sliders got fussy,and would only eat this stuff. I had to reduce feedings to 1x/day and reduce total amount of food offered ,and mix in the more traditional "floating stick" balanced diet products,before they would even begin to accept/eat anything else.

Q: will this work a fishing bait and stay on a fishing hook?

No. These shrimp are too small & dry to put on a hook.
