Not for casual reading - space it and read over a longer period of time, allowing the information to sink in. It took me few months to complete the book, reading two pages per day.Recommended even if you are not a parent - found myself more sensitive to emotions around me after completing the book.

Good case studies Too technical. It doesn't keep the interest of the reader. It is only for students or professionals and not for parents or laymen.
