Can anyone reccommend a portable monitor for this acer nitro 5? there are so many choices and i can't tell which one is better.

There are quite a few 15.6” 1080p IPS portable monitors and a few 4K ones. A large majority have the same manufacturer and are just rebrands with minor differences if any, usually just the case/stand.

How do i put in my 16 gb ram stick i bought? and my 1tb ssd?

Look up a walk through on it and it very easy you only got open the back and find the ssd I haven't got this one yet so it might be on left side the other side of the ram.

Does it work for gmod, gta 5, fivem, arma 3, unturned, squad, roblox, rdr 2, ghostrecon breaakpoint and wildlands?

I am sure it can run most if not all those games. I have played GTA 5 on this laptlop and runs great with high-higher graphics settings. Games I have played and run great on this laptop include Rainbow Six Siege, Destiny 2, American Truck Simulator, Borderlands 3, Modded Minecraft and roblox. All these games listed run great and no stutters. The only upgrade I have done is 8GB of RAM so I have 16GB of Ram.
