My fingerprint cannot be read through the cover on back of my phone. That has been frustrating as I relied on that type of biometric security. Also, front scree where mic is was easily punctured. But, everything else works great, especially the scratch resistant screen & clarity. No dust/dirt can get inside.

UPDATE 1/2020: My case is 7 months old now.... So my phone fell out of coat pocket in trailer. My back was to it. I didn’t realize it till it was too late. The fork lift driver ran it over as I was turning around. The phone itself was crushed and had to be replaced but my Punk Case survived. It has very minimal damage and only scratches.... PIC ATTACHED....My Mama Bear is a clutz when it comes to phones. It seems like she can’t get a year out her phones before something happens. After this last incident brother got her a smart phone and I am buying her a Punk Case period.... Because I have had only a good experience with Punk Case!!!UPDATE 11/15/2019: My phone fell out of hand while getting out of semi truck and not only did it hit the ground but landed in a nice pot hole in deep water. It sat in the water until I got completely out of semi before being able to pick it up. That was 2 weeks ago and my phone is still nice new looking and safe with NO water damage.I love my Punk Case. It's pretty. It's not a bright pink but its pink enough for me.I LOVE the fact that it has a S Pen Cover. I lost two with my other case on because phone dropped and Pen fell out and when I realized it and went back to where phone dropped I couldn't find it anywhere. So that is what made me get a new case and I decided to invest in this case cause it had the cover.I did NOT do a water test when I first got phone case cause I don't plan on taking it in the pool or ocean with me. Its NOT that serious.I drive a 18 wheeler and it has fallen out my lap and hit the ground when I got out of truck. Phone still good.Fingerprint sensor is still accessible and its able to read it with the case on.Phone fits snugg in case. It still is able to recognize finger touches!

Let me start off by saying I would have rated this a 5 star product (for my case, the case I ordered for my husband 5 stars all the way... more later), but when I received it the case had some sort of wear mark on the back of the case. As much as I paid for the case I would prefer it to be in NEW condition. But I didn't feel like dealing with the return process and the headache for the simple fact that I knew I was going to scratch or drop the phone eventually. Otherwise I would have rated this 5 stars! I did water test it before I put my phone in the case and it passed. I am extremely happy with the color and the quality. I purchased an Otterbox and was EXTREMLY disappointed with the fact that they do not make a box with a screen protector or cover for the New NOTE9. Case is very durable, purple is great and overall very satisfied!!!! Will order more colors in the future.I ordered the same case for my husband and his BRAND NEW NOTE9! My husband works for our local water company, he is in water all day and is always covered in mud. His phones are always getting dust or mud in the covers and he ruins phones non stop. I was hesitant to even get him a new phone due to this fact. I will say after a month of having his phone and having this case my idiot husband brought his new phone on a job site with him, his phone fell out of his pocket and was ran over by a 2 ton backhoe. The phone was found about 20 foot away from where he dropped it, it was out of the case, but not as damaged as you would have expected. There was a very small crack on the bottom front of his $1,000 phone and a small shatter on the back of the phone. The case was scratched quite a bit, but for being ran over by a 2 ton machine his phone was still in GREAT working condition and the case was still in good shape. He put the case back on the phone and is still using that case and phone to this day. So in his case this was worth every penny we paid. I would absolutely continue to order these cases for my husband and myself.

When I had this phone, (unfortunately it was stolen), I was using this phone case and I loved the appearance and it lasted a long time. I am a chronic phone dropper and I have to say this case did a great job on keeping my phone in great shape and preventing the screen from cracking. Unfortunately it did end up with a Crack in the front screen protector so if I had it up to face for a phone conversation or just setting it on the sink to wash my hands, my sweat and/or water would seep in and then it would make it impossible to use my phone screen until I took it all apart and wiped it dry. Now the damage was probably from my drop-sees but it was supposed to be drop-proof I think and I didn't have it on my phone for very long. But since it was my fault I won't completely hold the product accountable so that is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5. I loved the color of the case and it really was nice though it was a thin case. I would purchase this brand again for sure 😸

I like the protection that this case gives you, but my only dislike is that it will not due to the size fit onto the charging pod built into my new car, my samsung original case fitted fine on the inbuilt charging pod.Otherwise I like it, looks smart, I selected pale blue, it is waterproof, but I have to charge my mobile in the centre console which is a little inconvenient, had it been a little smaller, I would have given it 10/10

So, this case looks and feels pretty sturdy, the photo is a good representation. Of course, it sort of negates the sleek look of the Note 9, but that is what you get if you want IP68 and, after having two cases of the dropsies recently, which broke the glass on the back of the phone in a couple of places (good on yer, Samsung, using Gorilla Glass on the front, but apparently not on the back!), I did not want to take my chances with waterproofness, which was likely compromised due to the cracks in the back.Putting the phone into the case is very straightforward and quick, the fit is excellent, and the buttons are nicely placed. The screen remains responsive, to my fingers as well as to the stylus, all buttons are fully operable, the USB is accessible (albeit with some fiddling), the headphone connector as well, as is the fingerprint reader.My two gripes in terms of usability are,1: that the stylus is very recessed. The flap opens easy enough, but getting it out is a different thing altogether. It is totally possible, but not even remotely as easy and elegant as without the case, and I use the stylus quite a bit, so that is slightly annoying. No idea if that could be implemented better, but then, I am not the one to design protective phone cases and this is why I pay money to other people, so that they figure that out.2: the SD card is not accessible. There is a hole in top, supposedly where the µSD card hole is. so you can stick in one of those SD-card ejectors, and I suppose it will also do its job. But then, when you want to take out the card, or just push it back in, you are pretty much on your own, because you have to take apart the entire case again. Which is easy enough to do but it is probably not very helpful for the general waterproofness and integrity of the case if you just go on taking it apart once a week or so. A flap construction like for the stylus would have been a much better solution. So, punks of PunkCase, you've got your work mapped out for you: nice case, but still with room for improvement towards the coveted five stars.

No tiene nada que ver con lo que intentan vender, la funda es mate.... No brilla y no es el mismo color que las de las fotos. Además el protector de pantalla no es cristal templado es plástico. Por otro lado trae un plástico que recubre la huella digital, que dificulta que la lea el sensor. Tampoco trae el soporte que se ve en las imágenes..... En fin decepción total!! El teléfono parece un ladrillo con ella, muy aparatosa. Me parece muy cara.... Para lo que es en realidad
