What are the fragrance notes besides "Oud?" "Perfect for any occasion," tells me nothing.

It's spicy and probably there's musk. I can not lie that it's perfect for every occasion. Smell is spicy oud which makes it good for evening use. Using this perfume during daytime would be very sharp. Smell is heavy, especially for spring/summer. I purchased it for winter and it was perfect for that time.

How strong is this perfume?

This is not a strong smelling perfume. One of my favorite scents. Can’t go wrong with Versace.
