Ordered two sizes up, but still too small. Seller discouraged returning for a refund. Offered a ridiculous 8 percent refund to keep & not return. Will not order from this seller again.

The price was suspicious because it was so low, so I didn't hold high expectations. The quality is 'ok' -- not the best in the world, but not bad. The fringe starts very high up above the bust line, which feels odd -- but it's a costume! It's not meant to be a treasured garment. It's a costume reminiscent of my "hippie days"! For my purposes, it's quite adequate. Thank you for the good deal!

Cute vest, but runs very small. The XL is really an adult small.
