Continental Double Fighter Iii Tyres

I find these tires are a good compromise for my modified mountain bike on street (which I do 90%), some hard packed trails and jumping an occasional grass medium. Good grip on all these surfaces.The only downside it took weeks to arrive. But considering I'm in the US and (I think) the seller is in Amsterdam not a big deal and they seller had the best price. Well, they are a bit "chubby", see pix, but it helps smooth out the bumps in the road.I've had the rear tire for a couple months/400 miles and now (the new one) for the front they seem to ware very well. Always been a Conti fan and these do not disappoint. Recommended if your riding is like what I do.

I was given a hand me down hardtail mountain bike to replace my old one that I used for street and light trail riding. The tires on the hand me down were MTB tires and too knobby for my use. I chose these tires as they seemed to fit my needs of less knobby in the middle and a little knobby on the sides. So far I have about 200 miles on them. I am very happy with my purchase. They were easy to install. They roll very well on pavement and I feel confident cornering on light trails with them.

Fantastic compromise tire that can handle gravel, sand and grass. I did not experimented it on light mud.The riding is very smooth. I am using it tubeless and it holds pressure much better than my previous tire (different type).I really like it.

This replaced the Chinese tires that came with my ebike. I had one flat, had a new tube installed, then the next week got another flat that ruined the rim. The supplied tire was thin and flexible.These have a firmer feel to them. I did the front first and noticed a difference. Then I got another and replaced the rear. The bike rolls far better on these than with the supplied tires.

Roll well on pavement and gravel roads with tread on the sides for the corners

Kinda thin and lightweight. Not seemingly bulletproof like some other Continental tires. So far, so good on gavel and concrete.

Was easier to install that I was expecting for a wire bead tire. Just knead it a bitRolls nice and quiet on the pavement. Have to see how well it holds up on gravel and rutsDecals on both sides. Looks good!

I’ve had these on my around town bike for 5 years and they’ve barely worn. They’re fast on concrete and still show good control on dirt.

I bought this set to use my mtb more on the roads as the rolling resistance is lower than mtb tyres and turned out to be an awesome purchase. Done a few miles and no complaints whatsoever, but wouldn’t recommend them on trails as the grip is minimal. Puncture resistance is also low so don’t expect too much and you’ll be satisfied .
