Opella13209.046 Square Bar Sink, Brushed Stainless Steel

First of all, there were no instructions. Secondly, there was no cutting board -- I wanted this sink BECAUSE I could cover it up in my bar with that board. So I called the company to ask how to install it. The ad said undermount or drop in. I have installed a few sinks, but this one is different. No clips, no nothing. And no instructions whatsoever.The guy who answered the phone at Opella was rude -- hire a plumber, he said. "We assume you knew how to install it," he said. And he would not give me even a clue how to install it, not a clue! My plumber charges 90 bucks just to walk in the house. I can do the work -- just give instructions!According to local hardware stores, you glue this product in place on the counter top, and of course, intall all the drain stuff below. That secures it. No need for clips.Why didn't the guy say that much? He was totally unhelpful. He could not be less helpful if he tried. I will never do business with this company again.I returned this product. IT's a very good solid product, thicker than most budget sinks, nice looking. They should include the cutting board, since it's advertized as having one. Actually I was relieved they shorted me the cutting board, that meant I could return the unit for a refund. Otherwise, I was SOL.AND they should give some instructions, or warn people they will have to spend 100-150 to get a plumber to install it. They designed this sink, they made it, right? How hard would it be to throw instructions in there, or SOMETHING, anything.

I have some of the same complaints as the first reviewer. Specifically, the sink has no under counter clips for drop-in installation. My plumber used silicone but it's not as good. I didn't need a cutting board but the picture on Amazon still shows it. I recommend avoiding this product if possible since the vendor doesn't seem inclined to rectify these issues.

Excellent, exactly what I wanted and needed according to the contractor. That size is very difficult to find. The design was done before the sink and all went very well. 100% satisified!!!!
