Miracle Noodle Shirataki Ziti Noodles 6 Packs of 7 oz

What a great concept, Guilt free comfort food. Konjac noodles are the best invention to spice up veggies when you don't eat grains/starch. The ziti noodles taste great once well rinsed. They pick up whatever flavors you make them with, fresh tomatoes, a little goat cheese and red pepper, if you are not sensitive to nightshades. My only complaint is that they were delivered 1/8 and the best buy date is today, 1/12.

For *low carb diets*, this product is fantastic. No, it's not really like real pasta, but it's the best substitute I've found that's truly low carb. It's also extremely low calorie and high in fiber. This particular type of Shiratiaki noodles are the best in my opinion, because they are hollow tubes like macaroni, so they hold sauces better. The noodles are very slippery and generally don't hold onto sauce well, so this tube configuration helps. Also, you don't have to cut them as you do the other noodle types that come in unbelievably long strands (like over a foot long!). Since they're slippery and mangled together, it's not quick and easy to cut them :)

I love Miracle noodles. This is my first time trying the ziti but they definitely didn't let me down! As for the fishy smell - when you open them, rinse them VERY well under hot water. Then I throw them in a pot of boiling water for about a minute. (Longer will make them tougher textured) Drain and serve. No fishy odor!

These noodles help with a low carb or diabetic diet by sating the desire for a starch like meal option. The product, when first opened, has a fishy smell. This quickly dissipates with washing. I had better results using them in Asian dishes. The lack of starch makes the dish watery when used with traditional Italian sauces.

The noodles are an easy substitute for high calorie, high carb pasta. The only down side is the smell prior to washing it before use..They recommend boiling prior to adding to your favorite recipe I also added garlic powder to totally eliminate the smell.The smell is awful, the texture also takes some getting use too.But if you was something filling and is low in carbs this is a great item.

I bought these since I am a big carb eater trying to do KETO. I thought they would fit the bill since some reviews liked them and some didn't. I really felt that they would be okay for me as I can pretty much deal with most types of food. However, I had to trash all the ones that I bought. They were HORRIBLE! They were slimy and chewy like a clam on the half shell. Totally disappointed. DON'T BUY!!

If you purchase this product on the Miracle Noodles site you will pay more for it. Amazon has better prices and great customer service. Cooked correctly, these noodles make a satisfactory substitute for regular pasta. As a person with high sugar levels, you can't ask for a better way to replace the bad carbs in regular pasta with Miracle Noodles. The Ziti, Rice and Spinach Angel Hair are all worth a try.
