I used this to make vegan frosting for my niece’s Minnie Mouse cupcakes on her birthday. It worked great! It didn’t alter the taste much at all, but it definitely tastes better with vanilla cupcakes vs chocolate. I’ll be using it again to make various vegan treats for my daughter’s pink pony club birthday party in a couple weeks!

Mildly flavored with vibrant color! Photo shows a mixture of 1 level teaspoon pataya powder and 8 ounces of mostly clear coconut water (not coconut milk, which is thicker and whitish). Garnished with a fresh slice of dragonfruit - sometimes I find it in pink, but the white shown here adds a nice contrast. I also tried the powder with fresh pitaya juice, made with my Aicok juicer and combined with citrus juices. And in an almond milk smoothie with fresh berries, also easy and tasty.This powder is a great value if you enjoy pampering yourself with vibrant drinks 🍷 with health benefits. It usually costs $4 or more for a single dragon fruit, and you can get the same color with a teaspoon of this product. It would probably work well with cream cheese (serve with raspberries) or in cake icing or baked goods. Fun!

Was looking to make lots of pink treats without red dye and this did great! I don’t notice a flavor, either. I mixed in frosting and melted white chocolate and both turned out great!

We did a girl day of cake decorating and we're all about natural everything. These food based food coloring is the best. The more you add, the more pigment you get. And NO it does NOT alter the flavor. We sifted it to mix it in, if you don't sift, it will be kind clumpy. It worked out perfectly. Worth the price to not use number dyes in your food. Get it!

I like using the pink pitaya in my sourdough bread. You can’t taste or smell the product. The bag is pretty decent size but not much powder inside. Mixes easily. But have to use a good amount of powder to get a good color pink.

Really disappointed in the Suncore Foods pitaya powder. I have always ordered this product but the last 2 shipments have been very disappointing. I have enjoyed this product in the past and the pitaya powder is silky smooth where you can sprinkle it, but the last 2 orders have been hard as a rock . I banged it with my rolling pin and it broke up into a few pieces the first time around. I thought that the issue would have been fixed with Suncore pitaya Powder. So i ordered again, i hit this bag with my rolling pin and it didn't break apart really bummed no return policy and not cheap!

I bought the Pitaya powder to make a red velvet cake as our family is allergic to preservatives and unnatural dyes. When I opened the package, the powder was clumpy and hard to add to the cake batter. I added quite a bit and while it turned the batter a brilliant pink, it eventually turned red and then when I pulled the finished cake from the oven, the cakes were brown. There was on hint of color at all. It is a great idea but did not do the trick.

I love this product and I'm so glad I found it! I was spending $15/day on the Starbucks mango dragon fruit refreshers and knew there has to be a more cost efficient way! I found this with fresh dragon fruit , green bean powder and monin mango 🥭 puree its IDENTICAL!! I'm sold & now I can make these drinks 6 xs a day for a fraction of the cost 😌 thank you so much for this product the color is so vibrant and beautiful it tastes great and a little goes a long way!!!
