BodyGym with Marie Osmond Complete Kit - Strength and Resistance Portable Home Gym

I am so enjoying this neat bit of kit. It well designed simple to assemble and delivers every time you use it. I workout in a small box room which is ideal as the Body Gym is compact and the workouts can be performed in a small area, the fact that it is portable is also a plus. Another advantage is that you can choose the level of intensity or time that you want the workout to deliver and even pause during your workout perhpas to get a drink , answer the phone or whatever. You then simply rejoin your workout and continue. I have had 7 workouts with the Body Gym and already I am saving money and feeling the benefits.So it is a Win Win.

This is great to do at home when unable to get to the gym. The bar makes it much more versatile. The DVD that comes with it is fine. I like the targeted workouts better than just doing the upper or lowers workouts. I bought it mainly to bring with me on holiday so I can keep up with the strength training.

Ok absolutely love this. I used to train regularly before Covid and fell into a fug. This has inspired me again. It’s easy to use, genuinely gives you a work out and easy to increase the resistance so saves having a pile of differing weights. It’s spurred me in to further training. I’ve read reports it doesn’t last that long but to be honest even if it only lasts a few months it’s still cheaper than wasted gym memberships. I’ve been tracking progress and only 5 days in a can see muscles starting to get outlined again and the waist has dropped a fraction (it does come with a tape measure but I’m not going to use it, I’m happy with weight and size just want it fitter!)Order it, get your work out tunes ready and .... go!

You can definitely feel your muscles and the resistance from using this, is does engage the muscles and there's a surprisingly good variety of exercises you can do with this, and they're not complicated or difficult at all.Only thing I'd say is that it is a bit dramatised, and overpriced, the ad's for this do make it seem revolutionary and you could buy these for a lot cheaper and do the same thing. I suppose if you want the DVD too specifically you should buy this.

I hate fitness machine. They are big, bulky, heavy and usually awkward. This band system with the BodyGym is very good. I used it as soon at it arrived and after just a 20 minute workout, I can feel muscles ache! This is a good thing. At last..I have found a piece of equiptment I can get on with. My physical training (and state of mental health) starts today. I give this 5 star. I really do like this piece of kit. Fantastic to store as well as it comes with its own bag to store it. I can see this being a very popular item when more people get to know about it. Where was this years ago..? :)

This is a great, easy to use kit. For people like me who do not have time to go to the Gym, are looking for easy to use instrument which can work on all parts of the body and does not take up too much space. I LOVE IT!If I had had this in the days when I was travelling alot for work, I would have taken this everywhere with me. Compact enough to put in a suitcase and light enough to carry around. Men & Women will love it....I think:!

Excellent. Was going to buy the cheaper options of straps only, but most of those require a door to hang a hook on, so inconvenient. With this you can workout anywhere, any time and any place. Only negative, greatly overpriced for what is basically a piece of plastic and a latex band, so for this reason I'm giving it four stars.

I attend a gym and do classes I have been wanting something that gives me resistance but dont like weights. I have been doing lots of investigations into this piece of equipment. It is a female version of the bull worker that was out years ago for men. There are two dvds and the second one you are being trained by fitness experts. Oh my goodness it is great and to make it harder if you wish you roll the band round the bar. You can also take bar off and use like the pilatis bar. it also gives different fitness levels which keeps you going even when you want to give up.
