First of all, I love this hutch. My rabbit loves having the 2 floors, and it’s very easy to clean. One of the cleaning trays broke, almost a year after purchasing. I contacted the company and they were quick to reply and do whatever they could to help me. I ended up getting a new tray shipped to me! I would highly recommend this company and this hutch.

This hutch looks great and looks easy to clean. But fir wood is poisonous to your bunnies! They will chew on their hutch so this is not safe for them! Need to return bc we cant use it :/ I was really looking forward to having our baby bunny in this hutch. If youre wanting to buy this for a rabbit, DON'T!The company needs to change the listing bc you shouldn't use it for rabbits safely!

Taking this out of the box created the biggest mess between paper and sytro foam and the smell was horrible. I know what red cedar smells like, this was more a chemically treated smell-serious headache. I haven't noticed it as much since the hutch has been on our patio a few weeks now.. There is no wheels to move this around to clean behind it, we had to attach some ourselves. The drawers do not fit like they should, we even tried sanding them down for a looser fit, but they are so tight you have to really push to get them all the way in and you really have to wiggle them to get them on track..Almost like having a shotty dresser-except you just paid $150 bucks for it new! I'm glad I bought the one with 3 doors, that is very helpful when cleaning. My two mini rabbits seem to love it, they have plenty of space. We let them out on the patio during the day. They learned their way around it rather quickly. It's a nice setup for the price..

Daughter loves the rabbit hutch as well as the rabbit. Item was easy to assemble and sturdier than I thought it would be. Small difficulty with shipping but seller was on top of it and was fixed within 24 hours. 5 stars

This is a nice size hutch. One of the trays came with one of the tracks cracked so I had to do some gluing and clamping. The lower side part of my hutch actually is to the left due to how the side pieces were. I also had a problem with 3 of the predrilled holes were too big for the screws so I had to use nails. Unfortunately I also had to use a hand saw to trim down some track rails for the trays so thar the back pieces would fit flush. I put this together by myself in a day. As long as you use a little common sense it's no problem to assemble.

I got this for my guinea pigs and they love it! Great room for them and they love when I open the door so they can explore and go back in as they please. I love the pull out trays, makes cleaning so much easier! Very easy to put together. Would give more than 5 stars if I could.

This was delivered broken, no instructions, and the chemical smell gave me a headache.The treated wood is not save for rabbits it could have killed her. I have requested a refund, shipped it back and still waiting for my refund.Be careful what your order for your animals, apparently most companies only care about making a dollar not safety.
