Q: What diameter is this tubing?

3/8" outside and 5/16" inside, its propietary size for the purelife brand and others may be smaller. I think the larger tubing is better and have not seen any leaks even with long use. Like any hose the end can be stretched out over time, so just snip the last half inch off and its fine.

Q: Would this attach to a Flents enema bag? Also, how many years of use can one get from this hose tubing if it is used frequently?

If you keep the tube clean after each use you should get years of use out if the hose. As for use with fents enema bag not sure. Measure the diameter and compare.

Q: will this tubing connect to a standard hot water bottle?

This tubing has no attachment to connect to the water bottle. It attaches to a bucket, metal for sure maybe plastic. Gerson Method enema bucket.

Q: Want same size opening and (long) length as the original. i purchased one elsewhere onlin etoo tight and too short -- how to i get the same?

We carry 2 sizes: 5/16 ID opening and one that is slightly less than that. What type of bucket or bag are you trying to connect to?
