Lousy mouse wheel
Edit: 25th March 20202 stars downgraded to 1 star. The mouse wheel sometimes does not scroll at all. I have to put some pressure to get some movement.Terrible mouse.---------I wanted to like this mouse, but after using it for a few days, it is getting on my nerves.1. I am using it with a rMBP, and the bluetooth feature was the most attractive for me.2. It connects quickly, but does lose connection if not using it continuously (say every 5 minutes). It does reconnect quickly, in about a second.3. Others were complaining about the clicking sound of the buttons. They have this blunt quite audible sound, and it is not so bad.4. I think cursor movement is good enough for normal computer usage (no lags that I could notice). I don't know about games or other professional work.5. I think my biggest irritation would be the notch-iness of the mouse wheel, while scrolling pages. It is very notchy and it is driving me nuts. One of the main reasons I discarded my older Magic Mouse (which I so love) was because its touch scrolling became too sensitive (perhaps due to age, and is a common issue) and the lightest touch on the magic mouse used to wiggle web pages around, etc., and it became a huge annoyance, and also a risk because it even used to Back webpages unintentionally (can you imagine that happening during online money payments or filling out long forms). So anyway, proper smooth scrolling was important to me, and this HP mouse's notchy wheel is not serving my purpose.6. Also, the mouse is quite flat (low profile) and a claw like grip will be required. Not so comfortable to hold.Edit:After using it for few more days, I have say, I hate the mouse wheel ABSOLUTELY. The scrolling it provides on a Mac is terrible, jerky and inconsistent. I am decreasing 1 star. 2 stars. Not at all recommended for a Mac, and for that matters for anyone who wants a smooth scrolling mechanism. Now, I am investigating whether there is some home method to reduce the notch-iness of that lousy wheel. One YouTube video does give an idea, but this damn mouse in fastened with unique screws inside, which cannot be unscrewed by a normal Philips screwdriver.

Entry-level dongleless wireless mouse
It is wireless bluetooth mouse (without additional USB dongle). I went for it as I didn't had best experience with my earlier logitech mouse. It seems another entry level bluetooth mouse.Pros and cons:1. As shown, it's slim and hence easy to carry.2. Easy to pair with windows, macos and android systems.3. It has AA powered battery. Also, it automatically turns the Bluetooth connection off if not used for a certain time period thereby saving battery power. Thenafter, a slight movement can bring it to life.4. Though the upper plastic cover of the mouse is well designed it seems delicate. HP must provide some attention towards it after charging premium cost.

After a month of using the product I have started liking it
After a month of using the product I have started liking it. Initial problem was that it is almost flat compared to regular one. After some use I am getting used to. It is meant for travel. So I started appreciating the flatter shape when I tried put inside a laptop travel bag. The shape, specially the bump at the back ensures that buttons don't get accidentally pressed. Battery life is good so far. It is one month and it is still working. There is a on off switch at the bottom but if I forgot to turn it on, it sleeps. To wake up click on the left button, 2 see it is on again. Using it with Windows 10 HP laptop. No problem so far. It looks nice and sophisticated, not heavy but I should have purchased the white one which matches my laptop more closely.

Nice but not ergonomic
It connects easily with my ipad, laptop and mobile phone. But after using it for month i found its ergonomics is not upto my expectations. It doesn't give a robust feel in hand. Battery last for descent time.

Its perfect 👌 battery life is yet to be determined as I just started using it. Just FYI the product is made in China 🇨🇳 for any potential buyers who are not ok with that 😅

Problem with scrolling within 6 months
I purchased this mouse in December, 2019. within just 6 months, the scroll wheel is not working properly. the wheel just rotates, but the screen doesn't. Scrolling up works, but down doesn't. Also, the mouse is very compact, so persons with bigger hands will have some problem handling it.
