Must have for a home gym
This is top notch product and a must have for home gym. The build is sturdy and finish is good. It comes with a 7 feet excellent quality Rod ... essential for compound movements required for my 5x5 program. The overhead rod provides good grip for pull-ups/ chin-ups. The max weight I have stacked on the 2 hooks so far is 100 and have not faced any stability issues. Strongly recommended for people who don't have access to the gym and beginners pursuing compound movement programs like Stronglift 5x5. Please note this is not a Smith Machine - so it will not be able to provide form assistance

Okay for home gym
Rod at the top of the rack didn't fit as the place for the screw was blocked. Seller asked to get it fixed by myself.Along with power rack, I also ordered four 10 kg rubber plates but their weights were not accurate (9.7, 10.7, 10.2 kg).
