Responded immediately and sent replacement which doesn't have creaking issue.

I really liked the case when I got it. It's more pricey than others, but it fit my criteria of being minimal and card carrying. I also like how the inside of the case is a felt material. This works for me because I keep a magnet between the case and my phone to hook onto another magnet in my car. I found the felt keeps the magnet from sliding around.Unfortunately, the case is not a perfect fit and for some reason, the top volume button does not work as well as the bottom volume button. There are some times where I'll press the on/off button and my phone will take a screenshot since it thinks I am holding the top volume button as well. Obviously this is pretty annoying, but I've found a way around it where I'm okay with keeping the case and not dealing with returns. It could be that this is just the case I received. Still, this is a ding against a case that costs $50.

High quality product with a clever design. I love the product. Having a pocket let’s me tuck my I’d and a credit card in my phone case to have little in my pockets. I use a magnet cell phone holder in my car and I placed the metal plate in the pocket and it holds my cell phone without gluing anything to the case. I’m going to get these as Christmas presents for my loved ones.You handled my order error ( the return, credit and replacement seamlessly) so the company was fair with me.

I’ve used these cases for about 4 years now. Keep coming back to them. The leather stretches so you can eventually fit 4-5 cards if you’re patient and stretch it for a week. I keep my work ID (thickness of 2 cards), DL, debit, credit, and subway pass.Only gripe, make sure to try the case if it gets wet. Had to replace my previous case after I let it get wet several times and the leather started to stink.

I really really like this Iphone cover- unfortunately, it went back because I picked the wrong size and they didn't have it available in the Olive green in the right size. The color is very elegant and classy!!

This is my second Mujjo Leather iPhone case - liked the olive color one so much I bought myself an extra to change the color up a bit. Right out of the box, I was pleasantly surprised with my purchase. Recently, I returned a different leather cover purchased through Amazon, because it was too slippery.The quality of the Mujjo exceeded my expectations right out of the box. thickness of material, raised edges, and perfect craftsmanship. A simple but elegant looking cover that fits snug with no wrinkles. And yes, it smells like real leather unlike other covers purchased.

The second one I've purchased (due to changing phones) - equally happy. It's well made and fits perfectly. It makes the phone easier to hold, but offers some protection if you nevertheless dropped it. I chose it for the pocket on the back which I use to avoid losing or forgetting my security card. The pocket has neat stitching and is cut on a slant, which looks good, allows the card to work without removing it, and makes it easier to swap the card in and out if you need to.

I was looking for a leather case for my iPhone XR. I purchased this tan leather wallet case from Mujjo that holds up to 2 credit cards. It’s a lovely slim leather case that fits well to the iPhone. All the side buttons respond well to the push with no problems. It’s a well crafted/made product that I would recommend. You won’t be disappointed.

Would have been very nice case if not poor finish to the bottom inline. As can be seen on the pics (circled) bottom case leather isn't flush with the back making phone screen flush with the edge of the case sitting at angle leaving bottom part of the screen unprotected. It must be down to the hafty 27% discount at checkout. Was expecting better quality control from such a well known company. Other than that case is nicer than offical apple product.

This is a good quality phone case. The tan colour is nice and it fits the phone perfectly
