Pretty Darn Good for a Beginner Like Me
Been having my nails done with the dipping system, which was totally new to me as it had been a really long time since I had had any nails done at all. I realized after checking Amazon that everything I needed was readily available right here. This kit has everything except a drill (if you choose to use one and/or files and acetone for when you replace your next set. I only have one complaint. The #4 is marked "Top". It's not a top coat. It smells and acts just like glue. I use my own top coat. Also, the dipping powder pots aren't particularly easy to use b cause of their small size. There's very little room to work with. If you have really long nails they are way too small and your whole nail will not fit into them. When they are full it will spill out and you'll waste powder even if your nails aren't really long. Just some things to be aware of. I give 5 stars though b cause over all it is a great starter kit and for a very good price. When you get your feet wet with this kit then you'll realize some of these pointers for yourself and can move on to larger sized products, additional things you'll need, etc. The red in the pic is not from this kit, it's Kiara Sky-I Dream Of Paredise.

It's cheap and not worth your money!
Very disappointed with this product. Purchased it and tried it out the first time on my daughter. A few days later one popped off and by the end of the week mostly all just popped off. 1 wk! So we said ok maybe we did something wrong. Did it again and it's ridiculous. You follow the steps and the gloss isnt even a gloss its between dull and shiny but def not shiny. I proceed with step 2 and half the powder just comes right off when I brush off the excess. The nail literally has a few patches where it catches. Do not waste your money. It's very frustrating you spend money and get a crap product. Plus my daughter was so excited and for what. Better off just using nail polish. Powders are small and the polish bottles feel empty and the cheap brushes just fall apart.

Easy to apply, Easy to mess up
This product did not come with directions in the packaging. You just get the 5 bottles of liquid and the 5 powders. The liquid bottles are labeled but I had to Youtube how to use each one and how many times. If the base coat is applied anything but perfectly smooth you will get ridges that are a pain to file out. The finished product isn't terrible and I'm sure with practice it will look better.

Top coat issues
I've used several different dip powder systems, including Kiara Sky. I think this is a good inexpensive kit for the beginner. The colors are very pretty. You get a burgundy red, slate gray, light pink(on my fingers), a glitter pink, and a very pale pink. That being said, I really wish I could have given it 5 stars however, I had such problems with the top coat, I had to knock off a star. After dipping my nails and topping it with the activator, I filed them until they were perfect, not too thick and perfectly smooth. I added the second layer of activator and waited until it was completely dry. I put the first layer of top coat on and it went on glossy and shiny. As it dried, it became dull and instead of leaving a shiny finish, it absorbed into the dip powder and looked like dried super glue on top of the powder. The texture was rough and uneven. I thought maybe the first coat would seal everything in so I tried a second coat, same result, and then a third coat. I gave up after the third coat, I was left with a thick, rough, uneven mess. I filed my nails to try and smooth them out and topped them with my favorite no wipe gel top coat which I cured under a LED lamp. I know this defeats the purpose of a no chip manicure without a lamp but, I was desperate to salvage the manicure. This won't stop me from using the kit, and I'm looking forward to trying the other colors. Next time, though, I'm going to use a different top coat.

Awesome product
This product is amazing! Its very easy to use and gives you acrylic nails without going to the salon. You can even add length to your nails with this. If you look at the picture of my hand, you will notice that the pinkie and index fingers are very short. When I used the powders I was able to extend them both, which I hope you can see in the pictures. The colors included are beautiful. There are many videos available that shows you exactly how to use it so there are no questions. The kit includes everything needed to make beautiful acrylic nails. They are a little more difficult to remove than regular nail polish, but definitely not impossible. If you use a peeling base coat, its very easy to remove. All in all, a very nice product! Please forgive them looking a bit sloppy. I know that with practice I will do a better job and they will end up looking amazing!! I put a different color on each finger, using the five that came with the kit. That way everyone can see the colors that are included with the kit. The pinkie one didnt get a good picture of, and I apologize for that. That finger was the nude/clear powder that came with the kit. Anyone who likes to experiment with nail art should try this product!

Not worth it
While this is a cheap set to get started with it's honestly not worth it. The powders are not very pigmented and don't really match the colors in the ad. The only liquids that worked decently were the bond and activator. The base would dry the brush and make it hard within 5 minutes of normal use. The top coat, like many people have said is basically just super glue. The brush cleaner ... Came completely empty
