Impressive at starting, running and cutting
I had some large (for me) tree trunks to "buck", my neighbour offered to do it for me but his chainsaw had oiler problems so I looked for the chapest, longest chainsaw on Amazon and bought this (two bars 14" and 20", and two chains for each bar) thinking "if it works once, it'll be worth it". It was prrtty easy to put together, has an easy to read manual (although the manual covered probably a different, cold climate version with optional snow filter which this one doesn't have, it also didn't mention the priming button). It uses sae30 engine oil rather than actual tacky chainsaw oil (which I was surprised at), and also a pretty rich 2 stroke to petrol ratio 1:25, so it belches a lot of blue smoke, but it's started first pull every time over the four days I've used it, and cuts through 3foot wide trunks effortlessly (obviously needing a bit of me walking side to side, given the 20" maximum cut length👍). The clutch and brake do what they're meant to, could do with a better screwdriver for adjusting chain tension, but who doesn't have a flat screwdriver already?🤔 really glad I bought this, rather than scrabbling round trying to rent one. My neighbour joked that the purchase price might work out better than the repair cost on his (but he's a generous guy with a dry sense of humour)

WOW! An absolute BARGAIN!!!
I've bought a LOT of stuff over the years on Amazon. And I've never left a review... until now. And as far as value for money goes... this BuKo saw (with 2 bars, 4 chains and all the PPE and tools/extras included) is possibly the best purchase I've made. Not only did it cost just 150 euro, it saved me 1000's of euros and I now have timber for years to come. It made light work of my 16 trees, each of which still had to be cut into rounds! That's a LOT of cutting for 150 quid! If you're a newbie like me - watch PLENTY of professional videos before felling any trees! It's a science. And it's dangerous!!!

Bu-Ko chainsaw
I didn’t want to pay a fortune for a chainsaw because I’m a DIY logger and my electric chainsaw isn’t much use if you’re out in the middle of a field, anyway,I read the reviews on this model and decided to buy, Initially I was drawn to this model because it has two bars,20”&16”, both easy to fit, and I will use both, it’s very sturdy, it spluttered with the second pull on the choke, ( choke in ) it started on the third pull. I’m very impressed with it, although I’m not using it 8hrs a day . The only reason I’ve given it 4* is this, the saw comes with a tool kit and PPE, all useable, but the mixing bottle is very poor . I bought a decent one for a £5. So all in all I can recommend this chainsaw, it’s a decent bit of kit for the price.

Make sure you know that market place items may not be covered by Amazon A to Z guarantees.
The item would not start despite following the instructions precisely . The item is not covered by the normal Amazon guarantees , no refunds, no returns, no replacements. Buyer Needs to contact the Amazon marketplace seller directly to request a refund etc. The post on Amazon did not inform the buyer of this until you tried to get a replacement for a non working item. Contacted seller who wanted photos of internal parts and videos of the attempts to start it. This is not good practise , Amazon should protect their customers. Luckily in my case I am an engineer and I eventually got it working after 2 days of related attempts.

I got this last min to cut a tree down . I work at lawn machines as my job and got this fast . I put together and put chain oil in and was about to put petrol in when I seen chain oil everywhere after inspection I found out it was missing parts for oiler . I fixed myself ,Other than this problem great chainsaw but if your buying this and its leaking oil bad you know why
