Full Size Atlantic White Cottage Futon and Mattress Set - Wood Frame

Bought new, as soon as opened the box, a real heavy smell of toxic paint emitted in my entire apartment. Left the windows open for 3 weeks, the toxic smell would not go away. Today after so much back and forth trying to return this unit, both working with the vendor and amazon, I am stuck with this unit and there is no way to return. Its been 3 months now and the smell although went away a little, when I sit on this sofa, clearly still emitting toxic paint smell.Vendor accepted the return at first and sent me a USPS label with no postage return, return label only shows the return address, vendor states if unit can not be returned using they're label, then I have to pay the shipment return on my own. I find out sending from FL to CA via Fedex or UPS is about $6,000 for the frame of the sofa that weights 77 lbs, and for the button that weights 55 lbs is about $5,000. This is insaneMy lesson learned, never buy furniture from this vendor ever again.

Perfect addition to our 274 sq ft condo! Had a sleeper sofa and it took up too much room when we pulled out the mattress. This was the perfect solution. I purchased the one with drawers and got the mattress cover and pillows. Perfect for any room that has beach decor. Mattress is comfortable to sleep on. Assembly was pretty simple had it done in a few hours. I am attaching pics but without the drawers. Forgot to take any when we got that done. I would also like to add that the drawers also make a great addition underneath our bed as well! Will be purchasing more to have more storage.

Awesome! We are very happy with this futon! We have this in our entertainment room, which doubles as a guest room. I absolutely love the look. It is comfortable to sleep on too! It did take two of us to assemble it, but that was not a problem. We expected it because it is such a large piece. We did have one piece that was damaged. We contact the company directly and they were extremely helpful. And it only took one phone call! It was sent immediately and that shocked us since we didn't ask for it to be expedited. Excellent customer service from the company!

Wonderful! Perfect for our living room and extra visiting company? Lie all the pieces out on the floor, follow the instructions, and assembly is a breeze for two people. It is very sturdy and I love the storage drawers for sheets and blankets? The shipping company has wonderful customer service. I was worried when the mattress and cover arrived and the order was marked delivered. Contacted DCG and they assured me the frame was on the way and gave me a second shipping number to track. Now all I want is the matching chair and will be contacting them to inquire about it!

This is a very heavy futon. The mattress is nothing more than a thick cushion. I had to convert it to an open bed and buy a queen size mattress for it in order to make it comfortable to sleep on!

The futon looks beautiful. A little tricky to put together. Haven't had anyone sleep on it yet. Still waiting for a roller which quickly shipped and a brass hinge for the arm. Customer service wonderful

We bought the futon for our small guestrooms/study. We wanted a cottage look and this fit the bill. It is sturdy and well built. The only complaint was with the assembly. Most of it was easy to assemble, but we went to YouTube for placing the deck and back into the side pieces. I would recommend this futon without reservation.
