This book sets the standard for the industry. I have been a Chef for 15 years and there was a lot of information that was very important for any professional. If you have multiple employees in your restaurant do yourself a favor and have the best one take this course. They can train the rest of your people and maybe make a big difference the next time you have a busy Friday dinner rush.

Very happy to get the book. All of the restaurants I supervise use this book. Each manager has to study and pass a test to be certified. this was a great price. the more books we have the easier to study for test!it was in new condition too

Im pretty upset that I bought this from you. You shouldnt put that it comes with the exam sheet and when I get it there isnt one. I now have to pay another 35 to just get the sheet. I was better off just buying the book from my school.

I purchased this book to get my Serv Safe Certification. It is very well written. Not all of the questions on the test were covered in this book, however i read the book and studied over 2 weekends and passed with a 93%

It was requirement for a government-mandated class, which ended with a standardized test taken from information in the book. It met its needs.

Yes it did worked for me I really enjoyed my book to study and learn all the basic stuff for cooking.

I really wasn't expecting the book to be marked up with the answers already marked. It was a gift to a friend who was going to take the course in the future and wanted to get a head start on studying. I had to tell him to not go by the marked answers, and it made it harder for him to study.On the good side, the book was in good condition (not torn or creased).
