I’ve had it for a month now and it’s a nice toaster. It arrived in great packaging and undamaged. The toaster appears to be sturdy and well made. It is a very sleek stainless steel with black accents. There are a few features that I like:1) It has 7 bread shade settings for the level of browning you want. It takes me a few slices of bread/bagels to get used to the settings when compared to the toaster it replaced. Once I had my preferences number, it toasts everything consistently.2) It has three settings: bagel, defrost, and cancel. It toasts very evenly. I toasted a frozen bagel once while forgetting to turn on the feature. It still came out Okay. Will try this feature in the future.3) It has separate crumb trays for each side of the toaster. It is easier for me to clean up.4) Slots are wide enough for most bagel and English muffin.5) I like the dual controls too, which easily satisfy different people’s taste at the same time.I will recommend to use wooden tongs to grab the small bagel because it can be hard to reach when toasting is done.

This special design toaster helps me great! It saves my morning time and made my day. I really enjoyed it. I can put 4 pieces at the same time and also has 7 different models to choose. It’s amazing! By the way, it’s easy to clean as well. Great!

Wanna buy a 4-slot toaster for a long time. If you have more than 4 in the family, you know how important this is. It is super easy to use. I toasted waffles(1/4), round pancakes in it, it worked great. For the first time, pls try from the lowest heat and watch, then you can know the suitable time and heat for the food next time. And it is easy to clean. Very good for me.

We have a brand new kitchen--finish on all the accents and fixtures is brushed nickel--fan, switchplates, hood, everything. After looking at about 800 toasters on here, this one looked stylish and brushed... Well, it's stylish alrighty! As shiny as the grill on a brand new Peterbilt. I can live with that. Cleaning lady does a pretty good job with it. Right out of the box, we did some test runs with it--you'd think you could set it about medium then go from there, right? Medium burned the bread black along the bottom then up the sides. Backed off...burned. Backed off...burned. We can't have the "doneness" control anywhere but about 1/8" from the lowest it can go. Even then, if you slice your own bread from a French loaf, the irregular shape is going to get a little bit charred somewhere along the bottom. If we were to have a guest making his own toast, he'd probably start it at medium, then burn our house down. With our last toaster (we had for 12 years), to get it to stop toasting, we had to yank the plug out of the wall. With this toaster's propensity for burning whatever we put in it, it's nice to have a panic button on the front for when you smell your toast burning.

We just used our new toaster for 3rd time and it works fine, we really like the stainless steel color and it seems to be very durable. The first time we used we could feel a weird smell coming from the toaster, but after a few minutes went away, the second time the smell was not longer coming out of the toaster. Probably this is something normal on this kind of items.

Looks nice and good design, works like a toaster. Setting seem to be find. This was made me happy that this was 4 slots so I could toast Eggos and bagels at the same time. However, this toaster does not evenly brown my bread or bagels toast. It is fast and pretty crispy. I would expect it toast bagels softly.

Just received this toaster, so can't speak to its longevity, but so far I really like it. We were replacing a toaster that was about dead, so this is a dream compared to what we were using. Easy to push the bread down, and we have it turned down to almost the lowest level and the toast comes out perfect! I'm a sucker for blue lights, and while toasting a blue light appears. The ONLY downside to this toaster is that the metal is VERY shiny. I can already tell it will get smudged very easily. Would love if they made it in other colors..Maybe a dark stainless steel color?

My old toaster of about 10 years died so I decided to check out Amazon and look for an upgraded toaster. This toaster had good reviews and it looked sleek so I went ahead and bought it. The toaster does look sleek on the counter and it does toast bread....thats as far as the good goes. Ive never been one to be fancy about toast, but this thing toasts so unevenly. The little heat prongs do not appear to all be working either. If you turn up the heat just a bit, your bread is...literally toast. So I have it on a low setting, about 2 to 3, to end up with mostly warm bread. In addition, the two sides of the toaster do not toast evenly either, one side of the toaster burns more than the other🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️. I should have gone to Wally World and just pick up a $20 toaster.
