DYMO 30258 LabelWriter Self-Adhesive Diskette Labels for 3 1/2-inch disks, 2 1/8- by 2 3/4-inch, White, Roll of 400

I got the Dymo LabelWriter 550 Turbo, only to find out that it needs authentic Dymo labels for it to work. I ordered these labels and put them in, and the printer did not recognize them as valid. I called Dymo tech support, which meant an hour on hold. They told me that these labels are old versions and that I need the new version. They finally set me set up with an order for the correct labels.It was a lot of trouble, and I'm still having to wait on a shipment of labels which are actually truly authentic this time. This could have all been avoided if they didn't damage their machines with brand-restricting systems. Other labels are fine. They just want you to purchase their labels, and even then they still don't get that right.Do not use a single Dymo product if you don't have to. They are a terrible company with terrible policies that screw the consumer and tech support is slow.Update: It's now been about 2 weeks. I was told by support that they would send a new set of labels that would work, but they are still not here and I have no tracking information. I requested tracking information via email, but no response. Stay away from Dymo.
