Flat cookies
I’m so disappointed in these recipes. I tried to make the “chocolate orange cringles”. First off the order of how you mix each ingredient into the bowl is totally off. And secondly, 2 cups of butter? Really?? I added the two cups knowing it seemed like wayyyy too much butter but did it anyway. And just like I thought, they were a disaster. Flattest cookies I’ve ever seen. What waste of money, time and ingredients.

Family Favorite!
This cookbook is a family favorite. I love how Wendy gives variations and packs it full of amazing content. We are totally obsessed with her Chocolate Chip Pudding cookies-and I'm pretty sure everyone else is that has tried them. If you're in need of baking some delicious cookies this is definitely the book for you!

Finally, different cookies!
I really enjoyed the variety in this cookie cookbook. When the title says "cookies for everyone" they mean everyone. There are cookies for those watching their waistline, cookies for vegans, cookies for those that want a great traditional cookie, and some for those that just want to try something new. Granted, when you have to adjust a traditional cookie to accomodate those with dietary restrictions, the result may not be what you are used to..but those with dietary restrictions (and those that love them) will be pleased to have yummy cookie that they can enjoy! Variety is the spice of life! If you want more variety than Betty Crocker, then this is the book for you.

Easy recipes, delicious combinations.
I found this book to be a really fun adventure through cookie making adding different combinations than I typically find in the average cookbook. I have had no issues with things not turning out as planned and they are as beautiful when I am finished as they look in the cookbook. I enjoy the layout of the book and find it easy to locate the recipe I am looking for as well as come across the ingredients called for. I highly recommend this book. Yum!

A great book for any time of the year
As we move out of summer, it's an even better time to fire up the oven again and start baking cookies. This book has the most amazing recipes of the ones we tried and we want to try them all. We would recommend this to anyone who wants a good cookie book and doesn't want to sacrifice time and money trying to figure out the best way to make these cookies on their own. Get this book now, you won't regret it, we haven't!

Don't waste your money
This is a lousy cook book. I have now made five of the cookie recipes and none of them turned out well. I make cookies regularly from my Joy of Cooking and Betty Crocker cook books without problems so I must conclude that it is these recipes and not my skills in question. If you want an example of what is wrong with this book, see page 90. "Pumpkin Chocolate Cookies", looking at the ingredient list and the body of the recipe itself there is no chocolate! I am very disappointed as I was interested in this book because of the low sugar/low fat recipes and the fact that she uses whole grains as much as possible. Unfortunately the book is worthless.
