These work! I don't have a medical diagnosis for the pain I'm feeling in my feet, especially around the heels but this week I've been wearing these little gel things and the relief already is brilliant. I can even wear my flat slippers again as long as I'm wearing these and this past few mornings I've not been getting out of bed in foot agony. Also my heels had become extremely dry over this past year (yuk sorry!) I slather them in a (expensive) foot cream several times a day but it doesn't really help for any length of time, I've noticed a huge improvement in that area too and that's a bonus for the vain person within me. I'm a UK size 3 broad foot and I find these comfortable with any footwear (I forget that I'm wearing them to be honest) although I do wear them over socks when wearing trainers or boots.

! I bought these to relieve pain from plantar fasciitis. This condition often causes pain, not only in the heel, but also extending through the arch of the foot. Unfortunately, these gel heel pads don't offer any support in this area. However, they are well made and do offer good cushioning of the heel area and I can see how they would help with soreness in the heels. As one reviewer mentioned, I am now trying them with an orthotic inner sole which provides support along the foot arch and the gel heel does add an extra level of comfort. I will be keeping these but I don't think they are an effective relief for plantar fasciitis on their own. Brilliant as a light comfortable cushion for sore heels in general though and great customer service!

Lasted less than a week - both of them. Split completely at the back and are both now useless. Ordered in 'one size' - perhaps I should have ordered large? Reluctant to do so in case the same thing happens again and I end up wasting more money.

I only suffer from foot pain in the right heal, and towards the arch, so after reading some of the review, was eternally hopeful that this would ease the pain.I am a size 6, and opted for the clear heal support. Easy enough to put on, and at first felt a little strange, but cant say that if offered any support or released any pressure that I feel when walking.I tried sleeping with it on which helped a little, but when going to walk the pain was still there.I have it on again today, along with a instep foot support with my converse, which seem to be the only shoes currently offering any support, and must say that the pain whist there is not nearly as bad as it has been, maybe these are to be worn in conjunction with a foot support because on there own there not really any good.Only time will tell, if the pain improves,sold as something that they dont really deliver on

My Gran preferred the shoe inserts to help as she found these awkward to put on and difficult to wear in shoes without socks.

Early days but so far impressed, immediately putting the gel cover on I could feel the support and ease of walking.It does not take away all the pain but definitely makes it more tolerable.As I walk dogs long distance this was becoming a problem but as each day goes by these gel heel protectors really help.I chose these over the compression socks as the reviews on all over the socks was I tight they were.These are really easy to put on and would be suitable for large feet even if they are swollen as there is nothing hurt your feet.
