I don’t use soclean or products like that. can i still use this to clean my cpap hose/mask and let air dry?

Yes, you can still use it, it is a scent free soap. SoClean users have to initially clean their mask, tubes and water tank with this type of soap to avoid strange odors when using the SoClean system. However in your case if I were you I would just use Dawn liquid detergent. It is a much cheaper and does the job. I say Dawn because Dawn cuts down on grease (like from your face) and it’s fragrance is mild and dissipates quickly. CPAP machines magnify odors when using them and can be a issue with some people. Is impresa cpap pre-wash hypoallergenic?

I'm not sure but it is fragrance free and dye free. Hope this helps.

Really cleans your equipment.

I've used this product for about 3 times now, to clean my cpap equipment. It works really well and I only used one cap full. After washing and then rinsing the parts, I found that everything was actually "squeaky" clean. It felt cleaner than when I used a different product. There is no scent, which I really appreciate.
