I bought Oh, The Places You'll Go! to read to my 3-year-old daughter — and even though this was my first time reading it (at 36!), I absolutely loved it.The message is uplifting and powerful — probably more aimed at slightly older children — but what surprised me most was how much my daughter connected with the rhyming. After our first read-through, she spent nearly an hour making up her own rhymes, which no other book has inspired before!We’ve now had the book for over a month, and she still regularly picks it from the shelf for bedtime. And honestly, I don’t mind one bit — it’s just as enjoyable for me to read. The flow, the rhythm, the illustrations… it’s a classic for a reason.Verdict:A beautiful, timeless book with a heartfelt message that grows with your child. Even if the deeper meaning is a little advanced for younger readers, the rhyming and artwork make it a fun and engaging read from the very start. Highly recommend it for any family bookshelf.

This book is lovely. It is not just for children, in fact it's message is better received if you are older. In my opinion, it is a lovely gift for anyone at graduation or just off to university.

Lovely book. Bought as a leaving nursery gift and using as a keepsake as got it signed by his nursery teacher.

My personal favourite Dr. Seuss book. The story has a beautiful message and is a great one for kid's to read.This version was a present to my son for xmas and it's pride of place on his bookshelf. He often asks for us to read it before bed time.The text is perfect size for kids to read along and the illustrations are creative and iconic. If there were more of these deluxe editions, I'd buy them all.

Of course the author is a genius always has been. This books great. I got for my little one who loves me reading. Some of the stories are a little long for her to concentrate on as shes only just 4 however she still enjoys them very much.

Lovely story. Great keepsake for newborn.Slight damage on the outside but Amazon dealt with this efficiently.

My son was given this book by his nursery when he left to go to school. I loved reading it to him and my have shead a little tear! So this year I bought 3 copies to give as gifts. One for my nephew and one each for two of my friends kids as a ‘starting school’ gift.
