Could not get new set and only found refurbished unit. All features work as described. Base station and remote hand set look like new. The only draw back is that it only came with a quick reference guide and not a full owners manual. The quick reference gives a limit description of the features. Found all info available from Panasonic web site.

Buying a new phone did not solve the problem I was having as it appears to be a carrier problem and not a phone problem, however, these phones are of such better quality than the old phones. I am very very pleased to have made this upgrade. I am thoroughly satisfied with all the features offered with the phone and also for the quality of how it is made. There is nothing cheap here, they are a great bargain at this price.

This is an ideal replacement for our older phones (AT&T) which performed well, but did not have some of the newer advantages that this phone has. The directory can hold as many as 1000 listings and the ease of transferring these numbers from my cell phone to this system was great. I think it took about 2 minutes to transfer about 150 listings. And, the call blocking is marvelous; I set it up that anyone not in my phone list has to enter a numeric code before their call can go through. Thus, a robo-caller won't be allowed to continue unless entering the code, which a robot cannot do. Good system and system came quickly and looks like new. Good purchase.

I bought this set refurbished. It arrived looking new. It has no blemishes I can discern. Everything works as advertised. I especially like the one-button call block feature. I tried the Link-to-Cell feature and it works just fine. I like being able to use the Panasonic handset when I have long calls on my cell phone as it is easier to hold. My only complaint is the sound quality of the speakerphone feature. It is quite usable, but not as clear as I would like. I do recommend this phone set and the seller.

The Panasonic KX-TG885SK DECT 6.0 Link2Cell Bluetooth Enabled with Talking Caller ID is a great home system. The talking ID feature and the intercom feature are my favorite.Unfortunately, the base unit failed after a few days, but the return was no problem.

The phone system is good, but it took 3 systems to get one that worked!

Fo those of us sho maintain a landline, this is a great system. There are enough handsets for multiple rooms and the ringer can be set loud enough to be heard anywhere, even out in the yard.

Terrible system. Poor performance. Charged me return freight and 20% restocking fee. Worst Amazon experience I have ever had! I didn’t realize that “renewed” meant they had been previously used! They claim no trouble found! These phones squealed into the headset of incoming calls. Terrible!
