Highly recommended!
Its super rare for me to scrawl a review but i will if the oroduct is worthy .... this item is just that, its well packaged and the instructions are clear, the actual mask is well made and feels beautfully calming to wear, predominately i bought it for blepharitis as my Optometrist recommended such a device. I have no qualms in saying its low tech but works a treat ... 25 seconds in the microwave then wear it for 10 mins, twice a day..... job done!!

Eye Doctor beaded eye mask.
Beaded eye mask which is heated in the microwave. Great for tired eyes or dry eyes. Careful use needed as it can be heated too hot if left in the microwave too long. Elastic band to hold over the head and over the eyes to make it more comfortable. adjustable touch and close fastening. Eyes feel much better after use.

Good product but only 1 wipe in box
Comfortable to wear and good value. There was only one wipe in the box so a purchaser may wish to order separately as a wipe can only be used once on one eye

Works well
My optician recommended that I use a heated eye pad for my dry eyes. It helps to release the the oil in glands in eyelids to help with the symptoms. I thought I would give these eye pads a try as was using a heated flannel which did not stay hot for long enough. I think this is a great product and am happy with my purchase. The whites of my eyes appear much clearer after use. It only needs 20 seconds in my microwave otherwise it gets too hot.

Soothing and relaxing
Firstly I found the most comfortable heat was 20 seconds in the microwave Anything else I found was too hot.Its very relaxing and does really help my dry eye problem.I was amazed how cheap this was for a quality product.

Happy overall, but could stay warmer for longer
The eye mask is very comfortable, full of beads that you can mould to your eyes once heated and wearing. It only really holds about 5 minutes of heat. Ideally it would have been great if it held about 10 - 15 minutes for a full treatment. My eyes do feel a lot better after about a week of using it twice a day. I only really need to use it once a day now but has benefitted me. Just an issue with the heat lasing longer.

Eye mask for styes etc
Having recently suffered with a large stye, this item really helped. It is better than a teabag or warmed cloth. I also used medicated eye ointment from the GP in between uses. You have to be careful because I put this item in the microwave for the recommended 30 seconds but it can blister the eyelid if overused in short periods due to the high temperature. The area around the eye is very sensitive so can easily burn, for me the skin scabbed a bit but went away after a couple of days. Definitely do a temperature check the item when you take it out of the microwave on your wrist or back of your hand to make sure it isn't too hot for the eyelid.I used the item several times a day and massaged the area to help with drainage.DO NOT wash the item in the washing machine, just wipe clean with an antibacterial wipes.

Always research the market before buying
Got Blepharitis and purchased in addition to my optician prescription. I was between these wipes and Blephaclean that I used years before, too late I discovered Amazon also do wipes:1.Blephaclean are expensive but contain micellar water and some in-house jungle ju-ju extracts. Well known tried and tested brand, unsure if the science sufficiently adds up to justify the price.2.The eye doctor wipes are cheaper but only contain sodium chloride (salty water). I found them extremely refreshing, especially when I was dying to rub my eyes and trying to control myself to the extent of considering using a dog cone not to touch my face. Not bad but not awesome, sufficiently mild and natural.3.Amazon basics also produce wipes, which I will be trying next, these contain hyaluronic acid which is an essential skin humectant and seems way more promising than the previous two.Don't expect antibacterial miracles with any of these wipes, but do some research to make sure you get most suitable product for your needs and if you got a bad infection always consult a Health care professional. As per the mask, it was fine... didn't do much but I liked the versatility of hot or cold application. Now that my Blepharitis is over, I'll be trying the cold compresses as I always wanted to try Patrick Bateman's morning routine.
