Good Value For the Money
Well packaged for shipping. Not too big a pain to assemble. Works well. I don't have a lot of experience with these smaller tables, but my daughter likes it well enough. My only complaint would be that the pucks are a little on the light side and fly off the table from time to time.

Pleased for the price
I ordered this table for my daughter for Christmas. It arrived quickly and surprisingly, without damage. I think the item was packaged with the intent of being stocked in stores and warehouses, not travelling through the postal system. It comes in the original box with almost no padding/spacing between the table surface and the box. The box has a full color picture of the product on the front, so it would be difficult to conceal what it is if you're not careful and attempting to surprise your kid like I was. My daughter found out about her Christmas present early due to this fact, and because I was not home to hide it from view when it arrived. We haven't completely put the table together but we tested out the fan and scorer to make sure they worked properly. When I saw how small the fan was, I was a little concerned that it would not be strong enough to propel the puck around. I did not find the fan to be unbearably noisy and it seemed to put out just enough air to make the puck float around the table unassisted. I didn't find it to be any louder than your average PC fans when running. The table doesn't have a power switch, you just plug and unplug it. The electronic scorer takes 2 AAA batteries and works as you would expect, changing the score every time a puck travels through the goal slots. The scorer has a power and reset switch on it. There are also manual slide-scorers on each goal in case the electronic one is out of batteries or malfunctioning. The table itself is not terribly heavy. The MDF that the frame is made of is about 1/2 thick. The table top appears to be 2 layers of 1/4" to 1/2" thick MDF: a top layer with tiny holes every 1" squared, sandwiched with spacers to a solid bottom piece with the fan mounted to it. The corners of the table are rounded plastic pieces. The finish of the pieces is nice and clean. Nothing looked poorly constructed. The instruction booklet was neatly printed and easy to understand. All the parts were clearly labeled, so there was no guesswork as to which screw or bolt was which. The few things I did assemble, I had no trouble with holes lining up and that sort of thing. All in all, for the price, I'm very pleased with my purchase. If I were purchasing this table for some rough-and-tumble kids, I might be a more leery. While it doesn't look to be poorly constructed, the materials aren't the strongest, and nothing is heavily reinforced. For my daughter, who is not overly excitable, it should work out perfectly. In hindsight, I would possibly forego ordering online, opting to pick up something similar from a physical store, as it is not well packaged for careless shippers. With Amazon's return policy, I don't feel this would be a terrible issue short of the mild inconvenience of having to repackage it if damaged and send it back in the mail. The packaging was pretty simple and would not be that difficult to re-box if needed. The possibility of the item being damaged in shipping and requiring return would not be a deal breaker for me, but it might for some.I hope this review helps you decide whether or not to buy this product. I suspect the previous reviewer's issues were primarily attributed to poor shipping and handling and not necessarily with the quality of the product itself. Once we have it all assembled, I may have to post a video review!

This is working like advertised.
Works fine. Fits in the area we wanted it in. No problems with it. There was one thing I had to do when I put it together. The holes for the wiring were on the wrong side. I had to drill two holes for the wiring. Other than that it works great.

The fan for the air stopped working one day after my children opened it for Christmas, and the electronic goal never worked. If we hadn't already gotten rid of the box for it, we would have returned it...

Poor packaging + Poor Materials = Poor Product
Given the price point, I didn't expect a whole lot. Even with low expectations, I was disappointed. First, the product arrived broken. This was due to both poor packaging and the poor materials the whole board is made with (imagine compressed cardboard). One of the supports was broken in half and the screw holding it in was bent. Unfortunately, the packaging itself didn't appear damaged, so we weren't aware of the damage until it was opened on Christmas morning. Even the field had a small hole. Even with the damage, I went ahead and made a replacement part in the woodshop so the kids could use it. Within minutes of using, the felt on the paddles began peeling off. Definitely would not recommend, even at this price.

There were no "pushers" (red sliders to push the puck) included in the packaging. May have been a packaging issue - the table it self is EXCELLENT - but the automatic score keeper doesn't work very well, which is fine because there's the manual slider score keeper.

Thank you... a lot of fun.
Not too big, not too small. Just right for the kids room.
